Description
加硫金型内に装着されたタイヤ内に加熱・加圧媒体を供給して、前記タイヤの加硫を行うタイヤ加硫方法であって、
所定の加熱、加圧後、前記タイヤ内に供給された前記加熱・加圧媒体を排気する排気工程が、
0.012〜0.044MPa/秒の平均減圧速度で、タイヤ内の圧力が大気圧となるまで、50〜120秒で排気を行い、
前記排気に伴う減圧状態を5〜10段階に分け、
70〜80%の排気が行われた後の1段階あたりの減圧率を、前記70〜80%の排気までの1段階あたりの減圧率の1.5〜3.0倍とする
排気工程であることを特徴とするタイヤ加硫方法である。

Claims (1)
- 加硫金型内に装着されたタイヤ内に加熱・加圧媒体を供給して、前記タイヤの加硫を行うタイヤ加硫方法であって、
所定の加熱、加圧後、前記タイヤ内に供給された前記加熱・加圧媒体を排気する排気工程が、
0.012〜0.044MPa/秒の平均減圧速度で、タイヤ内の圧力が大気圧となるまで、50〜120秒で排気を行い、
前記排気に伴う減圧状態を5〜10段階に分け、
70〜80%の排気が行われた後の1段階あたりの減圧率を、前記70〜80%の排気までの1段階あたりの減圧率の1.5〜3.0倍とする
排気工程であることを特徴とするタイヤ加硫方法。
