Description
上述した方法で、aPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3の各組成を、b/(a+b)=0.44、c=25mol%、d=0.4mol%とし、Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3の含有比率eを5mol%、10mol%と変化させた試料をそれぞれ作製した。比較材料として、aPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3の各組成を、b/(a+b)=0.44、c=25mol%、d=0.4mol%とし、Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3を含有させないものを作製した。
実施例1と同様の方法でaPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3の各組成を、c=25mol%、d=0.4mol%、e=5mol%とし、PbTiO3とPbZrO3に対するPbZrO3の含有量比b/(a+b)を0.40、0.41、0.43、0.44、0.45、0.47、0.49、0.50に変化させた試料をそれぞれ作製した。これらの試料について、共振周波数と反共振周波数を測定し、この測定値から径方向の電気機械結合係数Krを算出した。
実施例1と同様の方法でaPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3の各組成を、b/(a+b)=0.44、d=0.4mol%、e=5mol%とし、Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3の含有比率cを20mol%、25mol%、30mol%、35mol%、50mol%に変化させた試料をそれぞれ作製した。これらの試料について、共振周波数と反共振周波数を測定し、この測定値から径方向の電気機械結合係数Krを算出した。
実施例1と同様の方法でaPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3の組成比率を変えた試料をそれぞれ作製した。
aPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2 Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3で示される圧電磁器材料を圧電アクチュエータとして応用した。

Claims (2)
- 組成式がaPbTiO3−bPbZrO3−cPb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3−dPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−ePb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3(但し、a+b+c+d+e=100)で示され、b/(a+b)が0.41〜0.49、cが20〜30mol%、dが0.2〜2mol%、eが2〜10mol%であることを特徴とする圧電磁器材料。
- 請求項1に記載の圧電磁器材料からなる圧電アクチュエータ。
