Description
なお、本発明において、ビニル含量(1,2−結合ブタジエン単位量)は、赤外吸収スペクトル分析法によって測定できる。
なお、カーボンブラックのN2SAは、JIS K6217のA法によって求められる。

変性BR::住友化学(株)製の変性ブタジエンゴム(ビニル含量:15質量%、R1、R2及びR3=−OCH3、R4及びR5=−CH2CH3、n=3)
非変性BR:宇部興産(株)製のBR150B
カーボンブラック:三菱化学(株)製のダイアブラックN351H(N2SA:69m2/g)
粘着レジン:東ソー(株)製のペトコールLX(C9系石油樹脂)
ワックス:日本精鑞(株)製のオゾエース0355
老化防止剤:バイエル社製ブルカノックス4020
ステアリン酸:日油(株)製のステアリン酸「椿」
酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製の酸化亜鉛2種
粉末:鶴見化学工業(株)製の粉末硫黄
加硫促進剤:三新化学工業(株)製のサンセラーCM
表1に示す配合内容に従い、1.7Lバンバリーミキサーを用いて、配合材料のうち、硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の材料を150℃の条件下で5分間混練りし、混練り物を得た。次に、得られた混練り物に硫黄及び加硫促進剤を添加し、2軸オープンロールを用いて、80℃の条件下で3分間練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
得られた未加硫ゴム組成物をクリンチエイペックス及びチェーファーの形状に成形して、他のタイヤ部材と貼り合わせ、150℃で30分間加硫することにより、試験用タイヤ(サイズ:215/45R17)を作製した。
正規内圧を充填した上記試験用タイヤを車両に装着し、50000km走行した後、上記試験用タイヤのクリンチエイペックス及びチェーファーにおける損傷(リムチェーフィング)の発生数を目視で観察し、下記基準で耐リムチェーフィング性能を評価した。
◎:損傷の発生数が非常に少ない
○:損傷の発生数が少ない
△:損傷の発生数が多い
×:損傷の発生数が非常に多い
上記試験用タイヤのクリンチエイペックス及びチェーファーから試験片を切り出し、(株)岩本製作所製の粘弾性スペクトロメータを用いて、周波数10Hz、初期歪み10%及び動歪み2%の条件下で、70℃における上記試験片の損失正接tanδを測定し、下記基準で転がり抵抗特性を評価した。tanδは、クリンチエイペックス及びチェーファーの平均値とした。
◎:tanδが0.125以上0.135未満
○:tanδが0.135以上0.140未満
△:tanδが0.140以上0.145未満
×:tanδが0.145以上
上記試験用タイヤを新品サンプルとし、該新品サンプルを100℃のオーブンで7日間熱劣化させて得られたものを劣化サンプルとした。次に、新品サンプル及び劣化サンプルのそれぞれについて、上述の条件で耐リムチェーフィング性能を評価した。そして、各配合毎に、新品サンプルの評価結果を100とし、劣化サンプルの評価結果を指数表示した。数値が100に近いほど、劣化が少なく、耐熱性に優れることを示す。

- 充填剤及び石油樹脂を含有し、
前記充填剤100質量%中のカーボンブラックの含有量が90質量%以上である請求項1記載のクリンチエイペックス又はチェーファー用ゴム組成物。 - 前記ゴム成分100質量%中、天然ゴムの含有量が10〜32質量%である請求項1又は2記載のクリンチエイペックス又はチェーファー用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物を用いて作製したクリンチエイペックス及び/又はチェーファーを有する空気入りタイヤ。
