Description
−プローブ管の縦軸に沿って少なくとも部分的に延出する導体箔を、プローブ管に適合(applying)し、
−近位電極及び/又は遠位電極が少なくとも部分的に導体箔と接触するように、近位電極及び/又は遠位電極を、プローブ管に配置し、
−導体箔をHF発生器と接続するため少なくとも1つの接続部をプローブ管の遠位端部に配置する、ステップとを備える。

Claims (13)
- 流体を輸送するプローブ管(21)と、
組織の活力を喪失させる遠位電極(30)及び/又は近位電極(35)と、
HF電圧を前記電極(35)に供給するための、少なくとも1つの電気導線と、
を備える、電気手術器具であって、
前記導線は、前記プローブ管(21)の縦軸(27)に沿って配置された導体箔(24)を備え、
前記電気手術器具は、流体を冷却する流体通路(23)を備える凍結プローブであり、
前記流体通路(23)は、導電体であり、前記HF電圧を供給するため前記少なくとも1つの電極に接続されているか、又は、接触している、
ことを特徴とする、電気手術器具。 - 前記導体箔(24)は、金、銀、又は銅、又は、金成分及び/又は銀成分及び/又は銅成分との合金である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記導体箔(24)は、前記プローブ管(21)に沿った螺旋構造に配置されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記螺旋構造の隣接するトラックは、前記プローブ管(21)の縦方向において互いに離間している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちの1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 絶縁体層(26)が、前記導体箔(24)を固定するために、前記導体箔を、少なくとも一部、覆う、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のうちの1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極は、前記導体泊(24)と直接的に接触している、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のうちの1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記流体通路(23)は、前記プローブ管(21)の管腔(29)内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のうちの1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- プローブ管(21)の縦軸に沿って、少なくとも一部、延出する導体箔(24)を、前記プローブ管(21)に適合し、
近位電極(35)及び/又は遠位電極(30)が、少なくとも一部、前記導体箔と接触するように、前記近位電極(35)及び/又は前記遠位電極(30)を、前記プローブ管(21)に配置し、
前記導体箔(24)をHF発生器と接続するため少なくとも1つの接続部を、前記プローブ管(21)の近位端部に配置する、
ステップを備える、
請求項1〜請求項7のうちの1項に記載された電気手術器具を製造する方法。 - 前記導体箔(24)は、銅箔であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記導体箔(24)は、前記プローブ管(21)の前記縦軸(27)に沿って、前記プローブ管の周りを螺旋構造に配置されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記螺旋構造の隣接するトラックは、前記プローブ管(21)の縦方向において互いに離間して配置されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記導体箔(24)を固定するために、前記導体箔を、少なくとも一部、覆う絶縁体層(26)を配置する、ことを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 冷却流体を前記プローブ管(21)の末端領域に供給するため、好ましくは、前記プローブ管の内側に、少なくとも一部、導電体である流体通路(23)を配置し、
前記近位電極(35)及び前記遠位電極(30)にHF電圧を提供するため、前記近位電極(35)と前記導体箔(24)との間、及び、前記遠位電極(30)と前記流体通路(23)との間に、電気接続を確立する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のうちの1項に記載の方法。
