一种带双边半环触点的深部热凝电极
1.所属技术领域
本发明产品为应用于癫痫治疗的一种带双边半环触点的深部热凝电极,主要包含半环触点、医疗导管、胶水、芯棒、带绝缘层金属丝等组成。
2.背景技术
癫痫是多病因、以脑神经元过度放电导致的反复性、发作性和短暂性的中枢神经系统功能失常为特征的慢性神经系统疾病。近一个世纪以来,随着对癫痫病因认识的深入,及神经电生理学、神经影像技术、计算机技术的发展,癫痫外科治疗得到长足进步,手术并发症明显减少。影响癫痫外科治疗效果的主要因素之一就是致痫灶的定位,部分无法通过无创定位的患者需要使用颅内电极定位致痫区、脑功能区,方可获得外科手术治疗,并且在定位后通过热凝的方式去除病灶位。目前市场上现有的深部电极通常为环状触点的电极结构,在热凝时作用区域为椭圆的立体结构,在部分患者使用时作用体积大,且易对非病灶区产生影响。
3.发明内容
本发明通过对深部热凝电极的植入部结构进行了创新,采用了半环状触点的电极,在相同长度范围内,增加了深部电极的触点数,可以起到对病灶位的精确定位。
进一步地,由于半环状触点的结构,可以实现单侧的热凝治疗,有效的减小热凝部位体积大小,实现更精准的治疗而不对功能区产生影响。

结合本发明中的应用实例示意图,下述对本发明中的具体实施技术方案进行详细的描述,同时所描述的应用实例仅是本发明的其中一种最佳实施例,而不是所有实施例。任何人在本发明的启示得出的其他形式的产品,不论在其结构或形状上的任何变化,凡具有与本发明相同或相近的技术方案,均在其保护范围内。
实施例:如图1所示,本发明一种双边触点的深部热凝电极,其根据实际需要,可以有16个半环触点至36个半环触点4,对称阵列排布用于监测患者不同区域脑电信号,其包含了金属丝1、医疗导管2、芯棒3、半环触点4和胶水5,其中顶端结构6呈过渡梯形球。
在本发明的进一步实施中,半环触点4可以用于局部精准热凝。每个半环触点上都焊有一根带绝缘涂层的金属丝1,电极内部放置一根芯棒3加强刚性,金属丝在半环触点内排列整齐,通过生物相容性的硅胶封装在一起。再将导丝穿入后端的医疗导管2中,通过灌胶形式将而二者结合成一个整体。
上述发明实施例中,其特征在于半环触点4为金属片冲压成半环状,两侧带有向内的倒扣结构,胶水封装后触点牢固不脱落。同时金属导丝为Z螺旋形状,当电极收到拉扯力时,导丝具备伸缩的能力而不会断裂。
进一步地,实施例中的顶端结构6为梯形球状,可以起到导向减少植入过程阻力的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种半环触点的深部热凝电极,它根据患者的实际需要有16个半环触点至36个半环触点(4)对称阵联做监测患者颅内不同区域脑电、局部精准热凝,每个半环触点上都焊有一根带绝缘层金属丝(1),电极内部有放置一根芯棒(3),金属丝在半环触点内排列整齐,通过胶水(5)封装在一起。再将导丝穿入后端医疗导管(2)中,通过灌胶方式将二者粘结成一个整体。
2.其特征在于半环触点(4)是用金属片冲压成半环状,两侧有向内的倒扣结构,胶水封装后触点牢固,不脱落。
3.金属导丝为“Z/螺旋”形(1),电极受到拉扯力,导丝对应伸缩,不会使得导丝断裂。
4.顶端结构(6)为梯形球,起到导向,减少植入阻力。
