Description
本発明は、硫化鉛を含む物質から鉛を生成する方法に関する。別の局面において、本発明は、鉛を生成する装置にも関係する。
最も重要な鉱石は、主に硫化鉛から成る方鉛鉱である。そのような鉱石からの鉛の生成は、一般的に、精鉱を含む硫化鉛を形成するための浮遊選鉱の段階を含んでいる。精鉱を含む硫化鉛は、一般的に、硫化鉛、硫化亜鉛、硫化鉄、シリカおよび酸化カルシウムを含んでいる。精鉱は、その後、金属鉛を生成するために精錬される。
第一の局面において、本発明は、次に示す段階を有する、硫化鉛を含んだ物質から鉛を生成するための方法を提供するものである。
(a)硫化鉛を含んだ物質を鉛精錬炉に供給して、鉛含有スラグおよび鉛塊を生成する段階。
(b)鉛塊を鉛精錬炉から取り除く段階。
(c)鉛含有スラグを鉛精錬炉から取り除く段階。
(d)鉛含有スラグを、鉛含有スラグが鉛塊および廃棄スラグに転換される場所である溶鉱炉に供給する段階。
添付の図は、本発明の好適な実施態様を図示する目的のために与えられている。本発明は、添付の図に示された実施態様だけに限定されると見なすべきでないことが理解されるであろう。
Claims (9)
- 硫化鉛を含んだ物質から鉛を生成する方法であって、
a)硫化鉛を含んだ前記物質をトップエントリーサブマージドランスの鉛精錬炉に供給して、鉛塊およびケイ酸鉛を含む鉛含有スラグを生成する段階であって、前記鉛精錬炉に供給される前記物質は50%から75%の重量の鉛を有する段階と、
b)前記鉛塊を前記鉛精錬炉から取り除く段階と、
c)前記鉛含有スラグを前記鉛精錬炉から取り除いて、毎分50℃未満の冷却速度で前記鉛含有スラグを冷却し、前記鉛含有スラグから溶鉱炉への投入物質としての使用に適した寸法分布を有する塊を生成する段階であって、前記鉛含有スラグは45〜55重量%の範囲の酸化鉛含有量を有するとともに、ケイ酸鉛のガラス相を含んだ針状もしくはラス状の黄長石の結晶の連結網目からなる鉱物学的構造を有している段階と、
d)前記鉛含有スラグの塊を前記溶鉱炉に供給する段階とを含み、前記鉛含有スラグが鉛塊および廃棄スラグに転換される、方法。 - 前記段階d)において、前記鉛精錬炉から取り除かれた前記鉛含有スラグは前記溶鉱炉へ供給される鉛含有投入物質の主要部分又は全てである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トップエントリーサブマージドランス炉は、酸素若しくは空気並びに燃料を溶融スラグの浴に注入する請求項1に記載の方法。
- フラックス剤が前記鉛精錬炉に加えられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鉛含有スラグは、冶金コークスと共に前記溶鉱炉の上端に供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄スラグは、3%より少ない酸化鉛を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記段階a)で生成される前記鉛塊は、前記鉛精錬炉から取り出されて、直接回収されるか又はその純度を増加させるためのさらなる精錬が行われるために送られる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶鉱炉から取り出される前記鉛塊は、直接回収されるか又はさらに精錬するために鉛精錬装置に移される請求項1に記載の方法。
- フラックス剤及び冶金コークスと共に前記塊を前記溶鉱炉に供給する段階をさらに有する請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
