Description
Claims (22)
- アクセスポイントに情報を通信する方法であって、
データストリームを生成するステップと、
前記アクセスポイントと通信する複数のタグにより使用される共通擬似雑音(PN)符号を使用して前記データストリームを拡散するステップと、
前記アクセスポイントのタイミングに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記データストリームに周波数オフセットを適用するステップと、
送信スロットのランダムサブスロットを決定するステップと、
ランダムタイミングオフセットを決定するステップと、及び、
前記拡散したデータストリームを、前記ランダムサブスロットとランダムタイミングオフセットの開始時間に基づいて最初に前記アクセスポイントに送信するステップであって、第2の信号の少なくとも1部が第2のタグから送信されている間、前記拡散したデータは送信されており、前記第2の信号は第2のランダムタイミングオフセットに基づいて第2の時間に送信される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記共通PN符号がゴールド符号を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記データストリームの送信が成功したことを示す確認応答を受信するステップをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 所定の期間内に確認応答が受信されない場合、前記データストリームを、ランダムに選択した第2のタイミングオフセットで再送するステップをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記データストリームが、64、128、256、512、1024、2048、4096、又は8192の拡散率で拡散される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記データストリームが、送信スロットのランダムに選択したサブスロットに含まれて送信される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ランダムに選択したタイミングオフセットが、0〜拡散率−1の間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - アクセスポイントに情報を通信するための送信装置であって、
データストリームを受信して、前記アクセスポイントと通信する複数のタグにより使用される共通PN符号を使用して前記データストリームを拡散するように構成された擬似雑音(PN)拡散器と、
前記PN拡散器と通信し、前記アクセスポイントのタイミングに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記データストリームに周波数オフセットを適用するように構成された周波数制御ローテータと、
送信スロットのランダムサブスロットを決定するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記周波数制御ローテータと通信し、前記データストリームのためのランダムタイミングオフセットを生成するように構成された遅延モジュールと、
前記拡散したデータストリームを、前記ランダムサブスロットとランダムタイミングオフセットの開始時間に基づいて最初に前記アクセスポイントに送信するように構成された送信機であって、第2の信号の少なくとも1部が第2のタグから送信されている間、前記拡散したデータは送信されており、前記第2の信号が第2のランダムタイミングオフセットに基づいて第2の時間に送信されるように構成された送信機と、
を備えることを特徴とする送信装置。 - 前記共通PN符号がゴールド符号を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。 - 前記データストリームをエンコードするように構成されたエンコーダをさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。
- 前記送信機が、所定の期間内に確認応答が受信されない場合、前記データストリームを、ランダムに選択した第2のタイミングオフセットで再送するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。 - 前記データストリームが、64、128、256、512、1024、2048、4096、又は8192の拡散率で拡散される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。 - 前記送信機が、前記データストリームを送信スロットのランダムに選択したサブスロットに含めて送信するようにさらに構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。 - 前記ランダムに選択したタイミングオフセットが、0〜拡散率−1の間である、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の送信装置。 - アクセスポイントに情報を通信するためのタグであって、
送信装置を含み、
該送信装置が、
データストリームを受信し、該データストリームを前記アクセスポイントと通信する複数のタグにより使用される共通PN符号を使用して拡散するように構成された擬似雑音(PN)拡散器と、
前記PN拡散器と通信し、前記アクセスポイントのタイミングに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記データストリームに周波数オフセットを適用するように構成された周波数制御ローテータと、
送信スロットのランダムサブスロットを決定するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記周波数制御ローテータと通信し、前記データストリームのためのランダムタイミングオフセットを生成するように構成された遅延モジュールと、
前記拡散したデータストリームを、前記ランダムサブスロットとランダムタイミングオフセットの開始時間に基づいて最初に前記アクセスポイントに送信するように構成された送信機であって、第2の信号の少なくとも1部が第2のタグから送信されている間、前記拡散したデータは送信されており、前記第2の信号が第2のランダムタイミングオフセットに基づいて第2の時間に送信されるように構成された送信機と、
を含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記送信装置と通信し、前記送信装置が実施する動作を実行するように構成されており、
前記プロセッサと通信する受信機をさらに含むこと、
を特徴するタグ。 - 前記受信機が、前記データストリームの送信が成功したことを示す確認応答を受信するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタグ。 - 前記送信機が、所定の期間内に確認応答が受信されない場合、前記データストリームを、ランダムに選択した第2のタイミングオフセットで再送するようにさらに構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のタグ。
- 前記データストリームが、64、128、256、512、1024、2048、4096、又は8192の拡散率で拡散される、
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタグ。 - 前記ランダムタイミングオフセットが、0〜拡散率−1の間である、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタグ。
- 拡散因子を選択して、前記アクセスポイントから受信された同報の測定された強度に基づいて前記データストリームを拡散するステップをさらに備えた、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ランダムタイミングオフセットが0〜拡散率−1の間である、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記アクセスポイントが複数のチップ仮説を復調して前記拡張したデータストリームを識別し、かつ該アクセスポイントが前記複数のチップ仮説のそれぞれに対して周期的冗長検査(CRC)を用いて前記データストリームを有効化する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
