Claims (3)
- 風力発電設備に使用する減速装置であって、
少なくとも前段減速機構及び後段減速機構の2段の減速機構と、
該前段減速機構と後段減速機構との間に配置され、所定値を越えるトルクを伝達しないトルクリミッタ機構を有するカップリングと、
前記前段減速機構が収容されている空間と前記カップリングが収容されている空間とを区画・シールするオイルシールと、を備え、
前記前段減速機構が、前記オイルシールによりシールされた状態で前記カップリングから分離可能とされている
ことを特徴とする風力発電設備に使用する減速装置。 - 請求項1において、更に、
前記カップリングは、前記トルクリミッタ機構の構成要素を潤滑するオイルと、該オイルを密閉するカップリングシールと、を備え、
前記カップリングが、該カップリングシールによりシールされた状態で前記後段減速機構から分離可能とされている
ことを特徴とする風力発電設備に使用する減速装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記カップリングシールが、2つ並べて配置されると共に、各カップリングシールの間にグリースが、封入されている
ことを特徴とする風力発電設備に使用する減速装置。
