Description
(交流電気車の制御装置の構成)
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る交流電気車の制御装置の一構成例を示す図である。実施の形態1に係る交流電気車の制御装置は、図1に示すように、交流架線からの交流電力が入力されるパンタグラフ1、パンタグラフ1から供給される交流電力を入力とする主変圧器2、主変圧器2の交流電圧が印加され交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータ(以下「CONV」と称する)3、CONV3から出力される直流電圧を3相交流に変換するインバータ(以下「INV」と称する)4、中間直流回路部40(INV4の直流出力側)に設けられCONV3の直流電圧を平滑化するフィルタコンデンサ(以下「FC」と称する)5、INV4の交流電圧で駆動する主電動機(MM)6、INV4と同様に中間直流回路部40に接続されるSIV7、SIV7の入力側に設けられ負荷電流の一部を検出する電流センサ8および、コンバータの主回路素子(コンバータ主回路素子)が取り付けられている取付面もしくは、それらの周辺部に設けられた温度センサ11の出力(温度センサ出力)Tcnvが入力される制御部50を備えて構成される。また、制御部50は、電流センサ8が検出した入力電流Isivと温度センサ出力Tcnvとに基づいて所望のコンバータキャリア周波数fcを出力するための参照テーブル(コンバータキャリア周波数参照テーブル)9および、コンバータキャリア周波数fcが入力され、コンバータキャリア周波数fcを用いてコンバータ主回路素子をスイッチング駆動するためのゲートパルス信号を生成するコンバータ制御部10を備えて構成される。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る交流電気車の制御装置の構成を示す構成図である。同図の交流電気車の制御装置では、図1に示した実施の形態1の構成とは制御部50の構成が異なる。具体的に説明すると、制御部50は、コンバータキャリア周波数参照テーブル9を備える構成に代えて、車両停止直後の温度センサ出力Tcnvを保持する温度センサ出力保持器12、温度センサ出力保持器12の出力とリアルタイムの温度出力である温度センサ出力Tcnvとの差分値を演算する差分器13および、差分器13の出力に基づいてコンバータキャリア周波数fcを生成する演算器としてのPID演算器14を備えて構成される。なお、その他の構成については、図1に示した実施の形態1の構成と同一または同等であり、これら共通の構成部には、同一の符号を付して示すとともに、その説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 主変圧器を介して入力された交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータと、前記直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータとの間の中間直流回路部に照明、空調等の負荷に電力を供給する補助電源装置が接続される構成に適用される交流電気車の制御装置であって、
車両が停止した時点におけるコンバータ主回路素子の温度である初期温度と、前記補助電源装置の入力電流とに基づいて、前記車両を停止状態とした車両停止状態時における前記コンバータ主回路素子の温度変動が小さくなるように前記コンバータのキャリア周波数を変化させることを特徴とする交流電気車の制御装置。 - 前記初期温度を参照し、前記車両停止状態時の前記入力電流が大きい場合には前記キャリア周波数を小さくする制御を行う一方で、前記車両停止状態時の前記入力電流が小さい場合には前記キャリア周波数を大きくする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交流電気車の制御装置。
- 前記初期温度が大きいとき程、前記キャリア周波数を可変制御する際の初期値を大きく設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の交流電気車の制御装置。
- 主変圧器を介して入力された交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータと、前記直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータとの間の中間直流回路部に照明、空調等の負荷に電力を供給する補助電源装置が接続される構成に適用される交流電気車の制御装置であって、
車両が停止した時点におけるコンバータ主回路素子の温度である初期温度と、検出されるコンバータ主回路素子の温度との差分値に基づいて、前記車両を停止状態とした車両停止状態時における前記コンバータ主回路素子の温度変動が小さくなるように前記コンバータのキャリア周波数を変化させることを特徴とする交流電気車の制御装置。 - 前記差分値が大きい場合には前記キャリア周波数を大きくする制御を行い、前記差分値が小さい場合には前記キャリア周波数を小さくする制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の交流電気車の制御装置。
- 前記キャリア周波数の可変制御を前記車両停止状態時に限定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の交流電気車の制御装置。
