Description
式中、φdは、変性用ポリマー(C)の体積分率を示し、
φmは、ポリアミド樹脂(A)の体積分率を示し、
ηdは、変性ポリマー(C)の溶融粘度を示し(注:測定条件:240℃の測定温度及び1200秒-1の剪断速度での毛細管粘度の測定のために、東洋精機キャピラリーレオメーターを使用した)、そして
ηmは、ポリアミド樹脂(A)の溶融粘度を示す(注:測定条件:240℃の測定温度及び1200秒-1の剪断速度での毛細管粘度の測定のために、東洋精機キャピラリーレオメーターを使用した)。
サンプルの製造
表I〜IVに示した成分を下記のように混合して、ポリアミド樹脂組成物を得た。
疲労試験:シート押出ダイによってシートに成形したポリアミド樹脂組成物を、JIS ダンベル状3号形(JIS K6251)に打ち抜き、次いで、このダンベル形状サンプルを取り付け、疲労試験後に、一定歪み及び曲げ試験に付した。試験は、54mmのチャック間隔、20%の引張歪み速度、20%の圧縮歪み速度、6.67Hzの繰り返し周期数及び−20℃の試験温度の条件下で実施した。この試験は、サンプルが破壊したとき終了させた。
Claims (5)
- マトリックスとしてのポリアミド樹脂(A)及びその中に分散された、ポリアミド樹脂(A)と反応性の官能基(B)を有するエチレンコポリマー(C)を含んでなり、エチレンコポリマー(C)の破断時引張応力が、ポリアミド樹脂(A)の破断時引張応力の30〜70%であり、そしてエチレンコポリマー(C)の破断時引張伸びがポリアミド樹脂(A)の破断時引張伸びの100〜500%であり、前記エチレンコポリマー(C)が、エチレンコポリマー(C)及び樹脂(A)の合計体積100%に対し、40〜80%の体積分率を有し、そして前記官能基(B)が酸無水物、エポキシハロゲン、カルボキシル、アミノ及びヒドロキシルからなる群から選ばれるポリアミド樹脂組成物を、インナーライナーとして使用する空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂組成物中のエチレンコポリマー(C)が50〜80%の体積分率を有する請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂組成物中のポリアミド樹脂(A)がナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン6/66、ナイロン6/12、ナイロン11及びナイロン12からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の樹脂である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂組成物中の官能基(B)がマレイン酸無水物基である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂組成物中のエチレンコポリマー(C)がエチレンと、プロピレン、ブテン、ヘキセン及びオクテンから選択された少なくとも1種のα−オレフィンとを含む請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
