Claims (8)
- 片側が閉じたセラミック管内に配置された熱電対と、
前記片側が閉じた管を取り囲む外部保護ボディであって、前記片側が閉じた管と前記外部保護ボディの内表面との間に環状空間を形成する前記外部保護ボディと
を備えた溶融金属中の温度を測定するための装置であって、
前記外部保護ボディが、75〜90重量%の酸化アルミニウム、2〜10重量%の酸化ケイ素、7〜15重量%の黒鉛、0.1〜1重量%のFe2O3、0.1〜1重量%の(K2O+Na2O)及び0.1〜1重量%のMgOの混合物で作られていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記環状空間が、金属酸化物粉及び脱酸素剤としてのアルミニウムにより本質的に充填されており、前記脱酸素剤によって占められる前記環状空間の充填物の割合が、約15重量%〜約70重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記脱酸素剤が粉の状態で供給され、前記金属酸化物粉と混合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記金属酸化物粉が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化チタンの群から選ばれる酸化物又はこれら複数の酸化物の混合物で作られることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記金属酸化物粉が、本質的に酸化アルミニウムで作られることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記外部保護ボディの密度が、2.8〜3g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記外部保護ボディの開放気孔率が、10〜15%である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記外部保護ボディの材料の混合物の平均粒子径が1mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
