Claims (20)
- 溶融金属のための温度測定装置であって、第1端部及び反対側の第2端部を有する多孔性プラグと、閉端部を有する外側保護シースにして、多孔性プラグの第1端部から離れるように延びる外側保護シースと、閉端部を有する内側保護管にして、外側保護シースの内部に配置される内側保護管と、内側保護管の内部に配置される熱電対とを備え、
前記多孔性プラグは実質的に耐火材料から成り、前記外側保護シースは、実質的に耐火金属酸化物とグラファイトとから本質的に成り、
前記熱電対の接点が内側保護管の閉端部の付近にある温度測定装置。 - 前記外側保護シースの金属酸化物は、酸化アルミニウムから成る請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記内側保護管はアルミナから成る請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記多孔性プラグは、金属製ハウジングに少なくとも一部が入れられる請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記多孔性プラグの第2端部は、不活性ガスの源と連通し、多孔性プラグは、多孔性プラグの第1端部から溶融金属中へと不活性ガスを注入するように構成され、該注入された不活性ガスは、多孔性プラグの第1端部において溶融金属の運動を引き起こす請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記金属製ハウジングは、多孔性プラグの第2端部において不活性ガスの源に接続される請求項5の温度測定装置。
- 前記多孔性プラグの耐火材料は、アルミナ、マグネシア及びスピネルからなる群から選択される一つ又は複数の材料から成る請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記スピナルは、マグネシア−アルミナスピナルである請求項7の温度測定装置。
- 前記内側保護管と外側保護シースとの間に中間空間が形成され、該中間空間に絶縁材及び酸素還元材が配置され、該絶縁材及び酸素還元材は、粉末混合物、及び、管を形成する粉末混合物である粉末混合物管の一方の形態であり、粉末混合物管は、間隔を持って内側保護管を囲み、及び/又は、間隔を持って外側保護シースによって囲まれる請求項1の温度測定装置。
- 前記粉末混合物管の外側面全体は、外側保護シースの内側面全体と実質的に係合する請求項9の温度測定装置。
- 前記絶縁材は酸化物から成り、前記酸素還元材は卑金属から成る請求項10の温度測定装置。
- 前記絶縁材は酸化アルミニウムから成り、前記卑金属はアルミニウムから成る請求項11の温度測定装置。
- 溶融金属のための容器であって、該容器からの溶融金属の流出のための出口と、該容器の壁に固定される温度測定装置とを備え、
前記温度測定装置は、前記容器の壁に固定され、かつ第1端部及び反対側の第2端部を有するプラグと、閉端部を有する外側保護シースと、閉端部を有する内側保護管にして、外側保護シースの内部に配置される内側保護管と、内側保護管の内部に配置される熱電対とを備え、
前記プラグは実質的に耐火材料から成り、前記外側保護シースは、実質的に耐火金属酸化物とグラファイトとから本質的に成り、かつプラグの第1端部から離れるように延びて、前記容器の壁の窪み部内に突出し、外側保護シースの閉端部は前記窪み部内に配置され、
前記熱電対の接点が内側保護管の閉端部の付近にある容器。 - 前記容器は耐火材料でライニングされ、前記窪み部は、該耐火材料のライニングに形成され、流れる溶融金属を受け入れるように構成される請求項13の容器。
- 前記外側保護シースの金属酸化物は、酸化アルミニウムから成る請求項13の容器。
- 前記内側保護管はアルミナから成る請求項13の容器。
- 前記プラグは、金属製ハウジングに少なくとも一部が入れられる多孔性本体を備える請求項13の容器。
- 前記プラグの第2端部は、不活性ガスの源と連通し、プラグの多孔性本体は、プラグの第1端部から溶融金属中へと不活性ガスを注入するように構成され、該注入された不活性ガスは、プラグの第1端部において溶融金属の運動を引き起こす請求項17の容器。
- 前記プラグの耐火材料は、アルミナ、マグネシア及びスピネルからなる群から選択される一つ又は複数の材料から成る請求項13の容器。
- 前記スピナルは、マグネシア−アルミナスピナルである請求項19の容器。
