Description
前記図1に示す構成の本発明の鉄原料の塊成設備を用いて、塊成化鉱を製作した。鉄原料として、製鉄所のダスト類を回転キルン炉で還元した還元鉄、および鋼板の酸洗液に含まれるダスト類を乾燥させた酸化鉄を用いた。炭材としてトナー廃材、キッシュカーボンおよびコークス粉を用いた。結合材(スラグ)として転炉滓を用いた。
表1に、鉄原料等の配合比(質量%)と、配合比で配合した混練物の炭素含有率(質量%)と、圧壊強度(kg/cm2)とを示す。

Claims (4)
- 粉粒状の還元鉄および/または酸化鉄からなる鉄原料と、粉粒状の一部または全部がトナーである炭材とを混練して得られた混練物を成形して塊成化物とし、その後、前記塊成化物にマイクロ波を照射することにより加熱し、前記塊成化物に含まれる前記鉄原料と前記トナーを焼結して前記塊成化物の強度を向上させることを特徴とする鉄原料の塊成方法。
- さらに、前記混練物に粉粒状の結合材を混練することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄原料の塊成方法。
- 前記混練物の炭素含有率が8質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄原料の塊成方法。
- 粉粒状の還元鉄および/または酸化鉄からなる鉄原料と、粉粒状の一部または全部がトナーである炭材とを混練して混練物にする混練機と、
前記混練物を成形して塊成化物にする成形機と、
前記塊成化物にマイクロ波を照射して加熱することによって前記塊成化物に含まれる前記鉄原料と前記トナーを焼結するマイクロ波照射機とを備えることを特徴とする鉄原料の塊成設備。
