Description
すなわち、前述の特許文献1のスクリュ軸構造の構成は、図4及び図5に示される構成であった。
すなわち、図5において符号1で示されるものはスクリュ軸2を切削加工して製作するためのスクリュ軸素材であり、このスクリュ軸素材1には、その両端に一対の吊穴3,4が設けられ、各吊穴3,4を介してこのスクリュ軸素材1を運搬することができるように構成されている。
尚、前述のようにスクリュ軸2は、図4で示されるように図示しないシリンダ内に並列して内設されて二軸押出機として構成される。
すなわち、従来のスクリュ軸2は、グランド部6とスクリュピース挿入部8との間につば部7が一体形成されているため、スクリュ軸2の中では、外径としては、このつば部7の外径が最大であった。
また、これに対し、最も外径の小さい部分は最も長い軸方向長さを占有する複数のスクリュセグメントを挿入するためのスクリュピース挿入部8であった。
また、前記テーパー部の外径は前記グランド部のグランド部外径と等しいか又はグランド部外径以下である構成である。
すなわち、少なくとも減速機に接続するための接続部、グランド部及びスクリュピース挿入部とを有する構成からなる二軸押出機用スクリュ軸構造において、前記グランド部とスクリュピース挿入部との間にテーパー部が設けられ、前記テーパー部にはテーパーリングが嵌合されており、前記テーパーリングは、つば部を形成することにより、グランド部とスクリュピース挿入部との間でスクリュ軸素材から製作するのはテーパー部のみであるため、従来のつば部に比べると、外径が小さくなり、スクリュ軸素材の外径を小さくでき、スクリュ軸素材の重量の軽減及び形状の縮小化が可能となり、素材コストの低減、加工時間の短縮による加工費の削減を達成できる。
また、実際に従来構成と比べると、素材重量軽減効果は30%、機械加工時間の削減効果は20%可能となった。
従って、素材費と加工費を含めたコスト軽減は40%程度になる。
また、テーパー部の外径は前記グランド部のグランド部外径と等しいか又はグランド部外径以下としたことにより、スクリュ軸素材から製作するスクリュ軸の全長において、最大外径はグランド部のみとなり、従来のスクリュ軸に比べると、スクリュ軸素材の外径を小径化することができ、スクリュ軸素材の原料コストを低減することができる。
尚、従来例と同一又は同等部分については、同一符号を用いて説明する。
図3において符号1で示されるものは、スクリュ軸2を切削加工して製作するためのスクリュ軸素材であり、このスクリュ軸素材1には、その両端に一対の吊穴3,4が設けられ、各吊穴3,4を介してこのスクリュ軸素材1を運搬することができるように構成されている。
前記テーパー部20の外径は、グランド部6のグランド部外径6aと等しいか、又は、グランド部外径6a以下として形成されている。
従って、スクリュ軸2の最大外径はグランド部6のグランド部外径6aであるため、スクリュ軸素材1の外径をグランド部外径6aと一致させることによって、スクリュ軸素材1の大幅な軽減を達成することができる。

Claims (2)
- 少なくとも減速機に接続するための接続部(5)、グランド部(6)及びスクリュピース挿入部(8)とを有する構成からなる二軸押出機用スクリュ軸構造において、
前記グランド部(6)とスクリュピース挿入部(8)との間にテーパー部(20)が設けられ、前記テーパー部(20)にはテーパーリング(21)が嵌合されており、前記テーパーリング(21)は、つば部を形成することを特徴とする二軸押出機用スクリュ軸構造。 - 前記テーパー部(20)の外径は前記グランド部(6)のグランド部外径(6a)と等しいか又はグランド部外径(6a)以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二軸押出機用スクリュ軸構造。
