Description
の球状微粒子の平均粒径が2.5μm以下で、且つその粒度分布が平均粒径の0.8〜1.2倍の範囲内に70%以上の粒子個数を有しており、更に該球状微粒子は、その高さの半分以下が前記樹脂層に埋没固定され、前記樹脂層の表面積に対する面積充填率が30%以上である事を特徴とする。
支持体(11)として厚さ25μmの透明なポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを使用し、この支持体(11)の片面に、下記組成物からなるインキをバーコート法にて塗布し、100℃で1分間乾燥させて膜厚1μmの層とした後、ロールエンボス法により回折格子形成用のプレス版を160℃に過熱し、5m/minの加工速度で表面に回折格子を発生させるためのエンボス形状を形成し回折構造形成層(12)とした。

支持体(11)として、厚さ25μmの透明なPETフィルムを使用し、この支持体(11)の片面に下記組成物からなるインキをバーコート法にて塗布し、120℃で3分間乾燥し、膜厚0.2μmの樹脂層を形成した後、球状微粒子(142)として、3500B((株)モリテックス社製スチレン粒子:粒径500nm、平均粒径の0.8〜1.2倍の範囲内に90%以上の粒子個数を含有)を前記樹脂層上に散布し、再度120℃で3分間乾燥させた後、吸引機にて固定されていない微粒子を吸引除去し、球状微粒子樹脂層(14)とした。ここで、球状微粒子が一重平面状に70%以上の面積充填率で配置されていることをSEMによって確認した。

Claims (7)
- 支持体上に、少なくとも樹脂層上に球状微粒子を複数密集配置させてなる球状微粒子樹脂層、球状微粒子反射層、回折構造形成層及び回折構造反射層がこの順に積層されてなる偽造防止構造体であって、該球状微粒子反射層が、パターン状に設けられている事を特徴とする偽造防止構造体。
- 前記球状微粒子反射層と前記回折構造形成層との間の、少なくとも該球状微粒子反射層に対応する部分に、更に耐薬品保護層を積層してなる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の偽造防止構造体。
- 前記球状微粒子樹脂層を構成する複数の球状微粒子の平均粒径が2.5μm以下で、且つその粒度分布が平均粒径の0.8〜1.2倍の範囲内に70%以上の粒子個数を有しており、更に該球状微粒子は、その高さの半分以下が前記樹脂層に埋没固定され、該偽造防止構造体の表面積に対する面積充填率が30%以上である事を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の偽造防止構造体。
- 前記球状微粒子樹脂層が、2つ以上の領域からなり、第1の領域を構成する球状微粒子と第2の領域を構成する前記球状微粒子とは異なる平均粒径を有し、各々の領域内において、該平均粒径の0.8〜1.2倍の範囲内に70%以上の粒子個数を有しており、更に該球状微粒子は、その高さの半分以下が前記樹脂層に埋没固定され、該偽造防止構造体の表面積に対する面積充填率が30%以上である事を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の偽造防止構造体。
- 前記支持体側と反対の面に接着層を積層した事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の偽造防止構造体。
- 前記支持体側と反対の面に接着層を積層し、該支持体上に更に剥離保護層を設けた事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の偽造防止構造体。
- 請求項5、又は6の何れかに記載の偽造防止構造体を、被転写基材に貼付してなる偽造防止媒体。
