Claims (4)
- ディーゼル排気流を発生させるためのエンジンと、
前記排気流から微粒子を除去するのに適した、前記エンジンの下流のディーゼル微粒子フィルタと、
前記フィルタの能動的再生を誘発するのに充分な量のエネルギーを前記排気流に伝達するのに適した、前記フィルタの上流のヒータと、
前記排気流がディーゼル酸化触媒のライトオフ温度を上回る時に前記フィルタの受動的再生を誘発するのに適した、前記ヒータの上流のディーゼル酸化触媒と、
前記ヒータの下流にNOx還元触媒と、
前記ヒータの動作を制御するための制御装置と、
前記ディーゼル微粒子フィルタの上流に位置し、前記排気流の温度を検知して前記排気流の前記温度に対応する信号を前記制御装置に送信するための温度センサと、
前記排気流のNOx濃度を検知して前記排気流の前記NOx濃度に対応する信号を前記制御装置に送信するためのNOxセンサと、
を包含し、
前記制御装置が前記温度信号及び前記NOx濃度信号に応じて前記ヒータを制御し、前記排気流の温度が一定持続時間を上回って前記ディーゼル酸化触媒のライトオフ温度を下回っていると前記排気流の温度信号が示す場合には、前記排気流に熱を伝達するために前記ヒータを制御する、
ディーゼル排気ガスを処理するためのシステム。 - 前記NOx還元触媒が前記DPFの下流の触媒を構成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルタをコーティングする酸化触媒を包含する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ディーゼルエンジンを用いてディーゼル排気流を発生させることと、
前記エンジンの下流のディーゼル微粒子フィルタを用いて前記排気流から微粒子を除去することと、
前記フィルタの能動的再生を誘発するのに充分な量のエネルギーをヒータから前記フィルタの上流の前記排気流へ周期的に伝達することと、
前記フィルタの受動的再生を誘発するように、前記ヒータの上流のディーゼル酸化触媒を前記ディーゼル酸化触媒のライトオフ温度まで周期的に加熱することと、
前記ヒータの下流のNOx還元触媒を用いてNOx還元を誘発することと、
前記ディーゼル微粒子フィルタの上流で前記排気流の温度を検知することと、
前記排気流のNOx濃度を検知することと、
前記ヒータの動作を制御するための制御装置に前記排気流の前記温度に対応する信号、及び前記排気流の前記NOx濃度に対応する信号を送信することと、
前記温度信号及び前記NOx濃度信号に応じて前記ヒータを制御することと、
を包含し、
前記制御装置が前記排気流の温度が一定持続時間を上回って前記ディーゼル酸化触媒のライトオフ温度を下回っていると前記排気流の温度信号が示す場合には、前記排気流に熱を伝達するために前記ヒータを制御する、
ディーゼル排気ガスを処理するための方法。
