Description
第1の実施の形態によるノイズ抑制シートは、扁平状の磁性粉末と有機結合剤とを供えた複合磁性体からなり、磁性粉末は飽和磁歪λsが12.0×10−6以上、38.0×10−6以下である。
第2の実施の形態によるノイズ抑制シートは、扁平状の磁性粉末と有機結合剤とからなる複合磁性体からなる。また、磁性粉末は熱処理を加えることでFeの非晶質相と結晶相の2相を備えたFe基非晶質合金粉末であり、飽和磁歪λsが12.0×10−6以上、38.0×10−6以下である。
実施例2〜4、6〜8、参考例1、5の磁性粉末として、飽和磁歪λsが28.1×10−6のFe―Si―B―P非晶質合金粉末を用いた。このFe基非晶質合金粉末はアトマイズ法で作製し、X線回折(XRD)により非晶質相であることを確認した。
実施例10〜12、15〜17、参考例9、13、14、18の磁性粉末として、飽和磁歪λsが17.0×10−6のFe―P―B―Nb―Cr非晶質合金粉末を用いた。このFe基非晶質合金粉末はアトマイズ法で作製し、X線回折(XRD)により非晶質相であることを確認した。
比較例1〜3の磁性粉末として、飽和磁歪λsが28.1×10−6のFe―Si―B―P非晶質合金粉末を用いた。このFe基非晶質合金粉末はアトマイズ法で作製し、X線回折(XRD)により非晶質相であることを確認した。
比較例4〜7の磁性粉末として、飽和磁歪λsが17.0×10−6のFe―P―B―Nb―Cr非晶質合金粉末を用いた。このFe基非晶質合金粉末はアトマイズ法で作製し、X線回折(XRD)により非晶質相であることを確認した。
Claims (1)
- Fe基非晶質合金粉末からなり、Feの非晶質相と結晶相の2相を備え、飽和磁歪が12.1×10−6以上、30.6×10−6以下であり、平均粒径(D50)が50μm以上、127μm以下である扁平状の磁性粉末と、有機結合剤とを備えており、前記Fe基非晶質合金粉末は、Fe―P―B―Nb―Cr非晶質合金粉末、Fe―Si―B―P非晶質合金粉末のいずれかであることを特徴とするノイズ抑制シート。
