Claims (22)
- (i)一端に開口部を有し、他端に底を有する容器を準備する工程、
(ii)第1物質を準備し、容器内に導入する工程、
(iii)第2物質を準備する工程、
(iv)該第2物質が担持された、所定の物質に容易に溶解するフィルムを準備する工程、および
(v)該フィルムの下から第1物質が転置することを実質的に防ぐために第1物質の上に重なるように該フィルムを容器に導入する工程、
を含む、アッセイで使用するための容器内に第1物質を導入する方法であって、
第2物質が、磁気反応性粒子を含み、第1物質が該フィルムを溶解しないことを特徴とする方法。 - 第2物質は、フィルムを形成する溶液またはスラリー中に該第2物質を導入する工程、および該第2物質を該フィルムの少なくとも1の表面に塗布する工程の少なくとも1つによって該フィルムに担持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
