画像合成ユニット24gは、マトリクス縮小処理およびスライス間における造影CT値の加算前の解像度の高い心筋の画像、すなわち、画像取得ユニット24aから受けた心筋の造影CT画像データのうちマスク領域の画像データと血流情報生成ユニット24eにより生成された心筋の血流画像や血流情報とを合成した画像を生成し、マスク領域の画像データと心筋の血流画像や血流情報とを重ね合わせして同位置画面上にそれぞれの画像の透明度等の任意の値を調整して表示できるようにする機能を有する。

Claims (3)
- 造影剤が持続的に注入された被検体の安静時および非安静時の心筋部から前記造影剤の濃度が一定とみなせる状態における安静時および非安静時の投影データをそれぞれ収集し、収集された前記安静時および非安静時の投影データからそれぞれ安静時および非安静時の造影CT画像データを再構成する画像生成手段と、
前記安静時および前記非安静時の造影CT画像データにもとづいて、前記安静時の前記心筋部と心臓左室内腔内あるいは冠状動脈血中との間における前記造影剤の濃度比を安静時の濃度比とし、前記非安静時の前記心筋部と前記心臓左室内腔内あるいは前記冠状動脈血中との間における前記造影剤の濃度比を非安静時の濃度比とし、前記安静時の濃度比と前記非安静時の濃度比を計算することによって血流予備能であるFlow reserveを求める血流情報取得手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 前記血流情報取得手段は、心筋血流量を前記心筋部と前記心臓左室内腔内あるいは前記冠状動脈血中との間における前記造影剤の濃度比に変換する関数を変換関数とし、前記安静時の濃度比を前記変換関数の逆関数に代入した値と前記非安静時の濃度比を前記変換関数の逆関数に代入した値との比を計算することによって前記血流予備能であるFlow reserveを求めるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 造影剤が持続的に注入された被検体の安静時および非安静時の心筋部から前記造影剤の濃度が一定とみなせる状態における安静時および非安静時の造影CT画像データを取得する画像取得手段と、
前記安静時および前記非安静時の造影CT画像データにもとづいて、前記安静時の前記心筋部と心臓左室内腔内あるいは冠状動脈血中との間における前記造影剤の濃度比を安静時の濃度比とし、前記非安静時の前記心筋部と前記心臓左室内腔内あるいは前記冠状動脈血中との間における前記造影剤の濃度比を非安静時の濃度比とし、前記安静時の濃度比と前記非安静時の濃度比を計算することによって血流予備能であるFlow reserveを求める血流情報取得手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする心筋パーフュージョン情報生成システム。
