Claims (43)
- (a)所定の粒径範囲を有する前処理された使用済みのゴム粒子の流体を、低温流体と、前記使用済みのゴム粒子の流体による前記低温流体の加熱によって生じる低温気体と、を同時に用いて冷却する段階であって、前記粒子の最終の冷却温度を制御する段階と、
(b)前記冷却されたゴム粒子の流体を粉砕し、前記粉砕されたゴム粒子の粒径分布を制御する段階と、
(c)前記粉砕された粒子の流体を所望のクラム及び/又はパウダーゴム粒径範囲に選別する段階と、を含むクラム及びパウダーゴムの製造方法。 - 前記低温気体が、冷却容器における前記ゴム粒子の流体の注入口端に供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記使用済みのゴム粒子は、使用済みの自動車タイヤの粒子である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記段階(a)の前に、
(i)あらゆる混入金属の除去後にゴム粒子の初期充填物を粒状にし、
(ii)前記粒状にされた粒子から鉄金属を除去し、
(iii)前記粒状にされた粒子から繊維を選別すると同時に除去することを含む請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記段階(iii)の後であって前記段階(a)の前に、前記選別された粒子から鉄金属と繊維とを除去することを含む請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前処理された使用済みゴム粒子の流体と、低温流体と、前記使用済みのゴム粒子の流体による前記低温流体の加熱によって生じる低温気体と、を同時に導入する手段によって提供される、所定の粒径範囲を有する前処理された使用済みゴム粒子の流体を冷却する冷却手段であって、前記ゴム粒子が所定の温度まで冷却されるところの冷却手段と、
前記所定の温度で前記冷却されたゴム粒子を前記所定の粒径範囲まで粉砕する粉砕手段と、
前記粉砕されたゴム粒子を所望のクラム及び/又はパウダーゴム粒径範囲に選別する選別手段と、を含むクラム及びパウダーゴムを製造する装置。 - 前記低温気体が、冷却容器における前記ゴム粒子の流体の注入口端に供給される請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記使用済みのゴム粒子は、使用済みの自動車タイヤ粒子である請求項18または19に記載の装置。
- 使用済みゴム粒子の初期充填物に存在する混入金属を除去するための金属検知手段と、
前記初期充填物を粒状にするための第1造粒手段と、
前記造粒されたゴムから鉄金属と繊維とを除去するために繊維除去手段を有して提供される第1鉄金属除去手段と、
前記造粒された粒子を選別するために繊維除去手段を有して提供される第1選別手段と、を含み、
前記手段の全ては前記冷却手段の上流側に配置されている請求項18または19に記載の装置。 - 前記第1選別手段を通過しないゴム粒子の造粒のための第2造粒手段と、
前記第1及び第2造粒手段に存在する前記ゴム粒子を保持するための前処理ゴム粒子ホッパーと、を含む請求項21に記載の装置。 - 前記前処理ゴム粒子ホッパーに存在する前処理ゴム粒子から鉄金属と繊維とを除去するための第2鉄金属/繊維除去手段を含む請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記第2鉄金属/繊維除去手段に存在する前記ゴム粒子から繊維を除去するための第3繊維除去手段を含む請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記全ての除去手段で除去された除去繊維の保管用の繊維集塵機とバグハウスとを含む請求項24に記載の装置。
- 第1選別/繊維除去手段に規格外の使用済みゴム粒子を導入するための規格外スーパーサック供給ホッパーを含み、
前記規格外の使用済みゴム粒子は、過大な粒子を除去し、前記規格外の使用済みゴム粒子内に存在する繊維を除去するために選別され、
前記ホッパーと第1選別/繊維除去手段は、冷却手段の上流に配置される請求項18または19に記載の装置。 - 鉄金属と繊維が除去された、クラム及びパウダーゴムの範囲内の大きさより大きい粒子を選別して除去するために前処理された使用済みゴム粒子の導入のための前処理スーパーサック供給ホッパーと、
前記スーパーサック供給ホッパーから供給された前記前処理された使用済みゴム粒子から鉄金属と繊維とを除去するための第2鉄金属/繊維除去手段と、
前記第2鉄金属/繊維除去手段に存在する前記ゴム粒子から繊維を除去する第3繊維除去手段と、を含む請求項18または19に記載の装置。 - 前記第3繊維除去手段に存在する前記ゴム粒子の保管のために放出物計量部を有する保管箱を含み、前記前処理された使用済みゴム粒子は、前記冷却手段に供給される請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却手段は、前記低温流体の導入を制御し、前記低温流体と前記使用済みゴム粒子の前処理された流体との時間制御された接触のための手段を有して提供される円筒形容器を含む請求項18または19に記載の装置。
- 前記時間制御された接触は、前記円筒形容器内に配置され、前記ゴム粒子が配置される変速オーガーによって提供される請求項29に記載の装置。
- 前記粉砕手段は、速度制御された衝撃面とアウター逆円錐体の表面との間に、冷却されて前処理された前記ゴム粒子流体の導入手段を含む請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記速度制御された衝撃面は、交換可能な複数の刃を有して提供される衝撃面であり、前記アウター逆円錐体の表面は、前記前処理されたゴム粒子流体と接触する内表面を有し、鋸歯面を有する請求項31に記載の装置。
- 前記アウター逆円錐体の表面は、垂直方向に移動可能であり、前記衝撃面とアウター逆円錐体の表面の鋸歯面との間の体積は増減される請求項32に記載の装置。
- 低温に冷却されたゴム粒子の前記粉砕流体を乾燥して大気温度にするための乾燥手段を含む請求項18または19に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥手段は、高密度ゴム粒子から低密度繊維を分離するための気体噴流流体を有して提供される回転式乾燥機である請求項34に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥されたゴム粒子から鉄金属と繊維とを除去するための前記乾燥手段の下流に配置される最終鉄金属/第4繊維除去手段を含む請求項34に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥手段の下流に配置される前記最終鉄金属/第4繊維除去手段は、振動する器の篩の下に配置される磁気選別機を含み、前記鉄金属は前記篩の下で除去され、前記繊維は前記篩の上で除去される請求項36に記載の装置。
- 前記最終鉄金属/繊維除去手段に存在する前記ゴム粒子から繊維を除去するために、前記最終鉄金属/第4繊維除去手段の下流に配置される第5繊維除去手段を含む請求項37に記載の装置。
- 前記第5繊維除去手段は、軽い繊維を除去して繊維集塵機とバグハウスに移動する遠心分離機を含む請求項38に記載の装置。
- クラム及びパウダーゴムの粒径範囲を超える粒径を有するゴム粒子の除去のために前記第5繊維除去手段の下流に配置される二層選別手段を含む請求項38または39に記載の装置。
- 前記過大の粒子は放出物計量部を有して提供される収容箱に再利用され、前記収容箱は、下流の前記冷却手段に連通して配置され、前記二層選別手段を通過した前記粒子は、三層選別手段に搬送される請求項40に記載の装置。
- 前記三層選別手段は、
米国篩サイズ番号40の篩を通過し、米国篩サイズ番号40から80のゴムをクラムゴム粒子収容箱に搬送する手段を有して提供される上部の篩の上に保持される粒子を保持する上部の米国篩サイズ番号80の篩と、
底部の米国篩サイズ番号140の篩と、を含み、
前記粒子は、米国篩サイズ番号80から140のゴムを収容箱に搬送する手段を有して提供される底部の篩の上に保持され、米国篩サイズ番号140より小さい粒子を保持する収容箱にパウダーゴムを搬送するための手段を有して提供される前記底部の篩を通過する請求項41に記載の装置。 - 前記収容箱への搬送は、空気手段によって達成される請求項42に記載の装置。
