Abstract
本发明涉及废旧金属处理设备领域,具体涉及一种报废轮胎破碎装置,包括中空的底座、安装在底座内的动力装置、竖直安装在底座上且下端与动力装置耦合的主轴、安装在底座上并位于主轴外的主筒体、安装在主轴底端并位于主筒体内的刮板、设置在主筒体底部的出料口;在主轴上均匀的设置有多层切割刀片一,主轴在动力装置驱动下在主筒体内带动切割刀片一共同转动;所述主筒体顶部开口,在主筒体内侧面设有多层切割刀片二。本发明结构简单,操作方便,破碎效率高,破碎效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及废旧金属处理设备领域,特别涉及一种报废轮胎破碎装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,汽车数量的不断增加,同时汽车轮胎的消耗和磨损也产生了很多的垃圾——废旧轮胎。数年以前废旧轮胎都是当成垃圾被扔掉,极大的污染了我们赖以生存的环境,目前,对废旧轮胎的资源再利用已经成为必然趋势。对磨损的相当严重的轮胎进行磨粉处理再利用之前需要对报废轮胎进行分割破碎,现有的报废轮胎破碎装置,不仅结构复杂破碎效率低,破碎效果不理想。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作方便,破碎效率高,破碎效果好的报废轮胎破碎装置。
一种报废轮胎破碎装置,包括中空的底座、安装在底座内的动力装置、竖直安装在底座上且下端与动力装置耦合的主轴、安装在底座上并位于主轴外的主筒体、安装在主轴底端并位于主筒体内的刮板、设置在主筒体底部的出料口;在主轴上均匀的设置有多层切割刀片一,主轴在动力装置驱动下在主筒体内带动切割刀片一共同转动;所述主筒体顶部开口,在主筒体内侧面设有多层切割刀片二。
进一步地,为提升破碎效率,所述主轴上端第一到四层的切割刀片一自上而下呈锥形排列。
进一步地,所述主轴与主筒体的中心对称线重合。
进一步地,所述动力装置为电力驱动装置。
本发明结构简单,操作方便,破碎效率高,破碎效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1到图3所示本发明的一种报废轮胎破碎装置,包括中空的底座1、安装在底座1内的动力装置8、竖直安装在底座1上且下端与动力装置8耦合的主轴2、安装在底座1上并位于主轴2外的主筒体3、安装在主轴2底端并位于主筒体3内的刮板6、设置在主筒体3底部的出料口7;在主轴2上均匀的设置有多层切割刀片一4,主轴2在动力装置8驱动下在主筒体3内带动切割刀片一4共同转动;所述主筒体3顶部开口,在主筒体3内侧面设有多层切割刀片二5。
进一步地,为提升破碎效率,所述主轴2上端第一到四层的切割刀片一4自上而下呈锥形排列。
进一步地,所述主轴2与主筒体3的中心对称线重合。
进一步地,所述动力装置8为电力驱动装置。
使用时,启动动力装置8,动力装置8带动主轴2及其上的切割刀片一4转动,接着将报废轮胎从主筒体3上部平推入主筒体3内,在切割刀片一4及切割刀片二5的共同作用下,报废轮胎被切割打细后落入主筒体3底部,被挂板6刮出出料口7。

1.一种报废轮胎破碎装置,其特征在于:包括中空的底座(1)、安装在底座(1)内的动力装置(8)、竖直安装在底座(1)上且下端与动力装置(8)耦合的主轴(2)、安装在底座(1)上并位于主轴(2)外的主筒体(3)、安装在主轴(2)底端并位于主筒体(3)内的刮板(6)、设置在主筒体(3)底部的出料口(7);在主轴(2)上均匀的设置有多层切割刀片一(4),主轴(2)在动力装置(8)驱动下在主筒体(3)内带动切割刀片一(4)共同转动;所述主筒体(3)顶部开口,在主筒体(3)内侧面设有多层切割刀片二(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种报废轮胎破碎装置,其特征在于:所述主轴(2)上端第一到四层的切割刀片一(4)自上而下呈锥形排列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种报废轮胎破碎装置,其特征在于:所述主轴(2)与主筒体(3)的中心对称线重合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种报废轮胎破碎装置,其特征在于:所述动力装置(8)为电力驱动装置。
