Claims (18)
- 少なくとも1つの入口領域(13)と1つの第1出口領域(14)と少なくとも1つの第2出口領域(15)とを有する圧力制御弁装置(1)であって、前記入口領域(13)と前記第1出口領域(14)とが第1シート弁(11)を介して互いに結合可能であり、前記第1出口領域(14)と前記第2出口領域(15)とが第2シート弁(12)を介して互いに結合可能であり、前記第1出口領域(14)と前記第2出口領域(15)との間に配置される前記第2シート弁(12)の上流側に設けられた1つの導流機構(21)が、1つの流入領域(22)と、前記導流機構(21)の軸線方向延長上で前記流入領域(22)から離間し、前記入口領域(13)から前記第2シート弁(12)の方向に流れる流体を限定的に導流する1つの流出領域(23)と、を有するものにおいて、
前記入口領域(13)、前記第1出口領域(14)及び前記第2出口領域(15)が、前記第1シート弁(11)と前記第2シート弁(12)とを操作するアクチュエータ機構(3)のタペット(10)に沿って直列に配置され、
前記導流機構(21)が相互に分離された複数の通路領域(24)を備えており、前記導流機構(21)の前記通路領域(24)を通って前記第2シート弁(12)の方向に流れる流体が前記流出領域(23)の下流側で旋回させられるように構成されていることを特徴とする圧力制御弁装置。 - 前記通路領域(24)は、前記第2シート弁(12)の方向に流れる前記流体に対して、前記流出領域(23)の下流側で、少なくともほぼ渦状の流れを印加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記通路領域(24)が少なくともほぼ螺旋状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記流体が実質層流で前記通路領域(24)内を流れることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 複数の前記通路領域(24)が隔壁部によって相互に分離されており、前記隔壁部の厚みが前記流入領域(22)から前記流出領域(23)にかけて先端に向かうほど薄くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記隔壁部の端面が丸く形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記導流機構(21)の前記流出領域(23)と前記第2シート弁(12)との間に、ノズル領域(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記ノズル領域(25)が前記流出領域(23)から出発して前記第2シート弁(12)の方向で円錐状に先細となっていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 少なくともほぼ中空円筒状の移行領域(27)が、前記ノズル領域(25)の先細直径領域に続いていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 第2弁座(20)に移行するディフューザ領域(28)が、前記ノズル領域(25)の前記中空円筒状の移行領域(27)に続いていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記ノズル領域(25)と前記導流機構(21)のうち前記通路領域(24)を有する部分とが、異なる材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記ノズル領域(25)と、前記導流機構(21)のうち前記通路領域(24)を有する部分が、嵌合部(30)を介して互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 閉弁要素(16)の密封面のうち前記第2シート弁(12)の前記第2弁座(20)と協動する領域の少なくとも接平面において、前記第2シート弁(12)の前記第2弁座(20)を前記流体が流通することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記閉弁要素(16)と作用結合された前記タペット(10)が、前記導流機構(21)のうち前記通路領域(24)を有する部分の領域で長手移動可能に案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記第1シート弁(11)が球形シート弁として構成されており、第1弁座(18)を形成する絞り(19)が0.4mm以下、特に0.3mm以下の絞り厚で実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記第2シート弁(12)が円錐形シート弁として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記第2シート弁(12)が球形シート弁として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
- 前記第2シート弁(12)が平面シート弁として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から15のうちのいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御弁装置。
