(b)前縁(164)、後縁(166)及び該前縁と後縁との間の凹面を含む圧力側シェル(142)であって、半径方向外側縁部(146)から延びる半径方向外側フランジ(144)と、半径方向内側縁部(148)から延びる半径方向内側フランジ(143)ととをさらに含んでいる圧力側シェル(142)と、

(c)前記負圧側シェル(118)及び前記圧力側シェル(120)の半径方向外側縁部に連結するように構成された半径方向外側端部キャップ(132)と、
(d)前記負圧側シェル及び前記圧力側シェルの半径方向内側縁部に連結するように構成された半径方向内側端部キャップ(134)と、
(e)前記圧力側シェル(120)及び前記負圧側シェル(118)を相互に対して且つ前記外側端部キャップ及び前記内側端部キャップに対して一定方向に維持するように構成された締付け部材(136)と、
