Abstract

Claims (7)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用のダブテール組立体(52)であって、
その各々がダブテール底面(94)と少なくとも一対のブレード押圧面(90、92)とを含み、前記ダブテール底面が前記少なくと一対のブレード押圧面間で円弧状に延びているダブテールを含む複数のロータブレード(44)と、
少なくとも一対の対向するディスクタング(80)によって画成されかつ前記複数のロータブレードダブテールを受ける寸法にされた円周方向のダブテールスロット(70)を含むディスク(42)と、
を含むダブテール組立体(52)。 - 前記ロータブレードの各々が正圧側面(56)と負圧側面(54)とを含み、前記ダブテール底面が前記ロータブレードの正圧及び負圧側面間で延びている、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
- 前記ロータブレードのダブテール底面の各々が、エンジン運転時に前記それぞれのロータブレードの各々に生じる曲げ応力を最小にするのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
- 前記ロータブレードのダブテール底面の各々が、ガスタービンエンジンの全体重量を軽減するのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
- 前記ロータブレードのダブテール底面の各々が、前記ディスクの有効寿命を延ばすのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
- 前記ロータブレードの少なくとも一対のブレード押圧面が、対称的に対向している、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
- 前記ロータブレードのダブテール底面がファニキュラ形状である、請求項1記載のダブテール組立体。
