Description
1.発明の分野
この値はコイル:支柱比と定義され、数値的にはコイル:支柱比=LC/LS×NSで表される。
本実施形態によれば、ステント展開中にステント12に直接加わる軸方向負荷が低減される。
・(N):螺旋状支柱部材の一周巻回中の螺旋状支柱要素の数。・(AS):ステントの縦軸から測定した螺旋状支柱バンド巻線角度。・(AC):ステントの縦軸から測定したコイル要素の有効角度。・(Pl):支柱部材が一周巻回中に進展する長手方向距離(ピッチ)であり、(ステント円周)÷(角度ASのアークタンジェント)に等しい。・(PS):螺旋状支柱バンドの螺旋状支柱要素の支柱脚部間の周方向距離(ピッチ)。螺旋状支柱バンドの全ての支柱要素について支柱周方向ピッチが等しいと仮定した場合、支柱周方向ピッチは(ステント円周)÷Nに等しい。
・(NSC):支柱部材が進展していくときの螺旋要素間の支柱バンドの支柱要素数。・(CCDn):相互接続された支柱要素間の支柱バンドの支柱要素数であり、NSC−Nに等しい。
・(CCD):コイル周方向距離は、相互接続された支柱要素間の周方向距離であり、PSがCCDn部における全ての支柱要素について等しい場合、CCDn×PSに等しい。
・(LC):表1に説明する幾何学的関係の三角形により定義される、螺旋要素の有効長。・(SS):表1に説明する幾何学的関係の三角形により定義される、支柱間距離。・(LS):支柱有効長。Pl−SS(減算)に等しい。・(NS):螺旋状支柱バンドを形成する支柱要素の隣接する波形の数。・コイル対支柱比:長さLSに対するLCの比に、螺旋状支柱バンドを形成する支柱要素の隣接する波形の数NSを乗じた値であり、数値的にはLC/LS×NSに等しい。
・支柱長対支柱間距離比:支柱間距離(SS)に対する支柱有効長(LS)の比であり、数値的にはLS/SSに等しい。
支柱長対支柱間距離比が約2.5より小さいステントは、捲縮挙動が改善される。拡張状態で支柱部材の角度が55°から80°であり、コイル角度が45°〜60°であると、ステント特性はさらに改善される。加えて、拡張状態でのコイル角度ACが急峻であると、本発明のステントの捲縮はより難しくなる。拡張状態でコイル角度が60°より小さければ、本発明のステントの捲縮は容易となる。
Claims (26)
- 外側部材と同軸に配される内側部材であって、当該内側部材と外側部材は遠位端及び近位端を有し、
前記内側部材の近位端側に位置する押動部材と、
前記内側部材と同軸に配され前記ステント内に位置して前記ステントの内径に接触するスライダとを備え、
ステントの展開前はステントが前記外側部材の内径内に収納され、ステントの展開中は前記スライダが前記内側部材回りに回動可能及び前記内側部材の長手方向に沿って移動可能であることで、前記外側部材を後退させて前記ステントを展開する際に前記ステントが前記外側部材内で遠位に向け移動又は回動させることを特徴とする、自己拡張型ステント用デリバリーシステム。 - 前記ステントの展開中に前記外側部材が近位に向け後退する際に前記押動部材及び前記内側部材が遠位に向け移動し、前記ステントの短縮分を調整する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スライダより遠位の位置にて前記内側部材に取り付けられた遠位側ストッパをさらに備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外側部材を完全に後退させて前記ステントを放出する前に、前記内側部材及び前記内側部材に取り付けられた前記遠位側ストッパが、前記ステント及び前記スライダの近位に向け移動することにより前記スライダに接触するに至り、前記ステントを前記外側部材内に再収納する、請求項3に記載のシステム。

前記第一脚長LCの長さLSに対する比に前記螺旋状支柱バンドを形成する前記支柱要素の隣接する前記波形の数NSを乗じたものであるコイル:支柱比が約1以上である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コイル:支柱比が2.0より大きい、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記螺旋状支柱バンドが、前記波形の支柱要素を複数備え、前記波形の支柱要素のそれぞれが互いに接続されている、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記波形を2つ備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記波形を3つ備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記螺旋状支柱バンドの端部に接続され、前記ステントの前記軸回りに巻回され、複数の支柱要素を備える支柱部であって、前記支柱部が、前記ステントの前記軸に対し垂直の面と前記支柱部の巻線との間の鋭角にて前記ステントの前記軸回りに巻回され、該鋭角は前記ステントの前記軸に対し垂直の面と前記螺旋状支柱バンドの巻線との間の鋭角より小さい、支柱部と、
前記支柱部と前記支柱部に隣接する前記螺旋状支柱バンドの巻線との間を相互接続される移行螺旋部であって、前記支柱部に隣接する前記螺旋状支柱バンドの前記巻線の前記コイル要素の少なくとも幾つかと、前記支柱部の前記支柱要素の少なくとも幾つかとを接続する移行螺旋要素を備える移行螺旋部とを更に備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。 - 前記支柱部の巻線が前記螺旋状支柱バンドから離れて進展するにつれ、隣接する前記移行螺旋要素が前記ステントの円周回りに次第に長さが短くなるように延出する、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記螺旋状支柱バンドの前記コイル要素の幾つかが前記支柱部に接続されていない、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記一対の脚部における前記脚部のそれぞれが同一の長さを有する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイル要素がその両端に曲線移行部を有し、前記曲線移行部が前記螺旋状支柱部材の前記頂部を接続する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記コイル要素が、空隙により離間される一対のコイル部を備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記自己拡張型ステントが、
前記ステントの軸回りに螺旋状に巻回され、その両側に複数の頂部を有する波形の支柱要素を備える螺旋状支柱バンドと、
前記ステントの軸回りに螺旋状に巻回され、前記螺旋状支柱バンドと同一方向に進展し、前記螺旋状支柱バンドの第一巻線の前記頂部の少なくとも幾つかを第二巻線の前記頂部の少なくとも幾つかを介し又はその近傍で相互接続する、複数のコイル要素とを備え、
前記螺旋状支柱バンドの前記第一及び第二巻線の相互接続された頂部間の前記コイル要素の有効長である脚長LCを有する第一辺と、前記コイル要素により相互接続された前記第一巻線の前記頂部及び前記第二巻線の前記頂部間の周方向距離を前記ステントの縦軸からの前記螺旋状支柱部材の角度ASのsin(AS)で除したものである脚長を有する第二辺と、前記螺旋状支柱バンドが一周巻回進展する長手方向距離(Pl)から支柱有効長LSを減じたものである脚長を有する第三辺とを有し、前記第一脚の第一角度は180°から前記角度ASを減じたものであり、前記第二脚の第二角度は前記コイル要素の前記縦軸からの角度ACであり、前記第三脚の第三角度は前記角度ASから前記角度ACを減じたものである、幾何学的関係の三角形が構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
