Claims (2)
- 複数枚の板材を接合することにより内部に密閉空間が設けられる組立式の密閉チャンバであって、隣接する板材の接合面に形成されたシール溝と、異なる方向に分岐した分岐部を有するシール材とを備え、
シール材について、分岐部の断面積が線形部の断面積より大きくなるように形成されており、
シール溝にシール材を装着したとき、シール材の分岐部周辺がシール溝角部方向へ圧縮変形することによりシール材分岐部の角部がシール溝分岐部の角部に対して押し付けられて密着することを特徴とする密閉チャンバ。 - 複数枚の板材を接合することにより内部に密閉空間が設けられる組立式の密閉チャンバであって、隣接する板材の接合面に形成されたシール溝と、異なる方向に分岐した分岐部を有するシール材とを備え、
シール溝について、分岐部の断面積が線形部の断面積より小さくなるように形成されており、
シール溝にシール材を装着したとき、シール材の分岐部周辺がシール溝角部方向へ圧縮変形することによりシール材分岐部の角部がシール溝分岐部の角部に対して押し付けられて密着することを特徴とする密閉チャンバ。
