ナイロン66(A−1)51〜71質量%と、PAR(B−1)10〜30質量部と、PTFE(C−1)15質量部と、ガム状シリコーン(D−1)3質量部及びカーボンブラック(E−1)1質量部をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合して樹脂組成物を形成した後、該樹脂組成物をスクリュー押出機で溶融混練して押出成形し、ナイロン66:52.5〜72.5質量%、ナイロン6:5〜15質量%、PAR:5〜15質量%、PTFE:15質量%、ガム状シリコーン:1.5質量%及びカーボンブラック:1質量%からなるペレットを得た。ついで、このペレットを成形原料としてスクリューインライン式射出成形機に供給して成形し、縦横夫々30mm、厚さ3mmの板状成形物(摺動部材)を得た。
ナイロン66(A−1)51.5〜71.5質量%と、PAR(B−1)10〜30質量部と、PTFE(C−1)15質量部と、ガム状シリコーン(D−1)3質量部及び真球状無多孔質シリカ(E−2)0.5質量部をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合して樹脂組成物を形成した後、該樹脂組成物をスクリュー押出機で溶融混練して押出成形し、ナイロン66:53〜73質量%、ナイロン6:5〜15質量%、PAR:5〜15質量%、PTFE:15質量%、ガム状シリコーン:1.5質量%及び真球状無多孔質シリカ:0.5質量%からなるペレットを得た。ついで、このペレットを成形原料としてスクリューインライン式射出成形機に供給して成形し、縦横夫々30mm、厚さ3mmの板状成形物(摺動部材)を得た。
ナイロン66(A−1)48.5〜71.5質量部と、PAR(B−1)10〜30質量部と、PTFE(C−1)15質量部と、ガム状シリコーン(D−1)2〜3質量部及びカーボンブラック(E−1)1〜3質量部及び真球状無多孔質シリカ0.5質量部をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合して樹脂組成物を形成した後、該樹脂組成物をスクリュー押出機で溶融混練して押出成形し、ナイロン66:50〜72.5質量%、ナイロン6:5〜15質量%、PAR:5〜15質量%、PTFE:15質量%、ガム状シリコーン:1〜1.5質量%、カーボンブラック:1〜3質量%及び真球状無多孔質シリカ0.5質量%からなるペレットを得た。ついで、このペレットを成形原料としてスクリューインライン式射出成形機に供給して成形し、縦横夫々30mm、厚さ3mmの板状成形物(摺動部材)を得た。
ナイロン66(A−1)79質量%と、PTFE(C−1)20質量%及び二硫化モリブデン1質量%をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合して樹脂組成物を形成した後、該樹脂組成物をスクリュー押出機で溶融混練して押出成形し、ペレットを得た。ついで、このペレットを成形原料としてスクリューインライン式射出成形機に供給して成形し、縦横夫々30mm、厚さ3mmの板状成形物(摺動部材)を得た。
ナイロン66(A−1)77質量%と、PTFE(C−1)20質量%と、二硫化モリブデン(F−1)1質量%及びシリコーン油(G−1)2質量%をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合して樹脂組成物を形成した後、該樹脂組成物をスクリュー押出機で溶融混練して押出成形し、ペレットを得た。ついで、このペレットを成形原料としてスクリューインライン式射出成形機に供給して成形し、縦横夫々30mm、厚さ3mmの板状成形物(摺動部材)を得た。
表2に記載の条件で摩擦係数及び摩耗量を測定した。摩擦係数については、試験を開始してから1時間経過後以降試験終了までの摩擦係数の変動値を示し、摩耗量については、試験時間(8時間)終了後の寸法変化量で示した。試験結果を表4ないし表6に示す。

試験方法 板状成形物(摺動部材)を大気中あるいは塩水中に固定しておき、相 手材になるSUS304製の円筒ブッシュを板状成形物(摺動部材) の上からその表面に所定の荷重(面圧)で押し付けながら、円筒ブッ シュを回転させるスラスト回転試験。
表3に記載の条件で摩擦係数及び摩耗量を測定した。摩擦係数については、試験を開始してから1時間経過後以降試験終了までの摩擦係数の変動値を示し、摩耗量については、試験時間(100時間)終了後の寸法変化量で示した。試験結果を表4ないし表6に示す。

Claims (7)
- ポリアリレート樹脂5〜15質量%、四ふっ化エチレン樹脂10〜25質量%、高分子量シリコーンポリマー0.5〜2質量%、無機質充填材0.5〜5質量%及び残部ポリアミド樹脂からなっており、高分子量シリコーンポリマーは、常温での粘度が1,000,000cSt(センチストークス)以上の架橋構造を有しないガム状シリコーンポリマーであることを特徴とする摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- ポリアミド樹脂は、ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミド及びポリカプロラクタムである請求項1に記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 無機質充填材には、カーボンブラック及び真球状無多孔質シリカの少なくとも一つが使用される請求項1又は2に記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部材用樹脂組成物を成形してなることを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 船舶の上甲板上に開口するハッチの開口部を覆うハッチカバーの支承装置であって、ハッチの開口部の周縁に該開口部を囲繞して立設されたハッチコーミングもしくは該ハッチコーミングに対面するハッチカバーの下面側のいずれか一方に固定されたすべり板と、該ハッチの開口部の周縁に該開口部を囲繞して立設されたハッチコーミングもしくは該ハッチコーミングに対面するハッチカバーの下面側のいずれか他方に固定されたスライド部材とからなり、該スライド部材は請求項4に記載の摺動部材からなるハッチカバーの支承装置。
- スライド部材は、ハッチ開口部周縁の船舶甲板上もしくはハッチカバーの下面側のいずれか一方に固定されたホルダーの凹所に一方の端面をホルダーの凹所外に位置させて嵌合保持されている請求項5に記載のハッチカバーの支承装置。
- ホルダーの凹所と該凹所に嵌合保持されたスライド部材との間には、シムプレートとゴムプレートのうちの少なくとも一方が介在されている請求項6に記載のハッチカバーの支承装置。
