Description
Cl2 + C2H4 → C2H4Cl2 (純EDC) + 218kJ/Mol (1)
C2H4Cl2 (分解EDC) → C2H3Cl (VCM) + HCl - 71kJ/Mol (2)
C2H4 + 2HCl + 1/2 O2 → C2H4Cl2 (粗EDC) + H2O + 238kJ/Mol (3)。
・直接塩素化では、エチレンC2H4および塩素Cl2から、必要なEDCの一部分が均一系触媒の存在下で生成され、「純EDC」として放出される;
・オキシ塩素化では、エチレンC2H4、塩化水素HClおよび酸素O2から、EDCの別の部分が生成され、「粗EDC」として放出される;
・分留式のEDC精製では、粗EDCから、VCM分留からリサイクルされた還流EDCおよびオプションとしての純EDCと共に、オキシ塩素化およびEDC熱分解で生成された副生物が除去され、それにより、EDC熱分解での使用のために適した「供給EDC」が獲得され得る。選択的に、直接塩素化に由来する純EDCがEDC蒸留の高沸塔内で一緒に蒸留されてもよい;
・EDC熱分解では、供給EDCが熱分解される。分解ガスと呼ばれる反応器排出混合物は、VCM、塩化水素HCl、未反応EDCならびに副生物を有する;
・VCM分留では、生成物として所望の純VCMが分解ガスから分離され、その他の主要な分解ガス成分、すなわち塩化水素HClおよび未反応EDCが材料として別個に回収され、再利用可能な投入分、つまり還流HClもしくは還流EDCとして、均衡VCM法内でリサイクルされる。

Claims (5)
- ほぼ1,2−ジクロロエタンおよび触媒から成り、鉛直に配置されループとして形成された少なくとも1つの反応区間を通走する循環案内される液状の反応媒体の使用下で、互いに接触させられる溶解された塩素および溶解されたエチレンから、高純度の1,2−ジクロロエタンを製造する方法であって、前記ループの両辺が、上側に配置された脱気容器に接続されており、該脱気容器から、反応生成物がガス状または液状で排出されるか、またはガス状でも液状でも排出されるようになっている方法において、
少なくとも3つの複数の添加区分を、ループの、液体が上昇する辺内に配置し、
前記添加区分がそれぞれ、溶解されたまたはガス状のエチレンの、上流側に置かれた供給部と、溶解された塩素の、下流側に置かれた供給部とから成る
ことを特徴とする、直接塩素化により1,2−ジクロロエタンを製造する方法。 - 前記添加区分がそれぞれ、さらに静止型の混合装置を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 下流側の最後尾の添加区分を除くすべてのエチレン添加箇所で、その都度化学量論的に著しく過剰なエチレン量を供給する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法を実施するためのループ型反応器において、
鉛直に配置されループとして形成された反応区間が設けられており、
前記ループの両辺が、上側に配置された脱気容器に接続されており、該脱気容器から、反応生成物がガス状または液状で排出されるか、またはガス状でも液状でも排出されることができ、
前記ループの、液体が上昇する辺内に配置されている少なくとも3つの添加区分が設けられており、
前記添加区分がそれぞれ、溶解されたまたはガス状のエチレンの、上流側に置かれた供給部と、溶解された塩素の、下流側に置かれた供給部とから成っている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法を実施するためのループ型反応器。 - 前記添加区分がそれぞれ、さらに静止型の混合装置を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のループ型反応器。
