Claims (3)
- タッチパネルを備える第一素子と、
前記第一素子と対向設置され、且つ各々半導体層を備える複数の薄膜トランジスタを有する薄膜トランジスタパネルを備える第二素子と、
前記第一素子と前記第二素子との間に設置される液晶層と、
を備えるタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示装置であって、
前記タッチパネルが、
第一基板及び前記第一基板に設置される第一導電層を有する第一電極板と、
前記第一電極板から所定の距離だけ離れ、第二基板及び前記第二基板に設置される第二導電層を有する第二電極板と、
を含み、
前記第一導電層及び第二導電層はそれぞれ、複数の透明電極を備えており、
前記透明電極は、第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記半導体層は、第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体及び前記第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、少なくとも1枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムからなり、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは、複数のカーボンナノチューブからなり、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおける前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは、同じ方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とするタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示装置。 - 前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブが、金属型カーボンナノチューブであり、前記第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブが、半導体型カーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタパネルは、
第三基材と、
前記第三基材の表面に設置される複数のソース電極線と、
前記第三基材の表面に設置され且つ前記ソース電極線と絶縁的に交差されることにより、前記第三基材の表面を複数の格子に区画する複数のゲート電極線と、
各格子の内に1つずつ設置される複数の画素電極と、
各格子の内に1つずつ設置され、ソース電極と、ドレイン電極と、半導体層と、絶縁層と、ゲート電極と、を含む複数の薄膜トランジスタと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示装置。
