Claims (4)
- 透明導電構造体を含むタッチパネルが設置された第一素子と、
薄膜トランジスタパネルが設置され、且つ前記第一素子に対向する第二素子と、
前記第一素子と前記第二素子との間に設置された液晶層と、
を備え、
前記タッチパネルの透明導電構造体が第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記薄膜トランジスタパネルが半導体層を含み、
前記半導体層が第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含み、
前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体及び第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体は、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムからなり、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは、複数のカーボンナノチューブからなり、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおける前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは、同じ方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とするタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示パネル。 - 前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブが金属型カーボンナノチューブであり、
前記第二カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブが半導体型カーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示パネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは、
第一基材及び前記第一基材に設置される第一導電層を有する第一電極板と、
前記第一電極板から所定の距離だけ離れ、第二基材及び前記第二基材に設置される第二導電層を有する第二電極板と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示パネル。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体において、カーボンナノチューブが分子間力で接続され、均一に分布されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネルを利用した液晶表示パネル。
