Description
Claims (26)
- 一対の管要素と、前記一対の管要素を端部と端部とで一緒に固定するための管継ぎ手とを有する組合体であって、前記管要素の各々は、前記管継ぎ手に係合するように、該管要素の少なくとも一端の近傍に配置された円周方向の溝を備え、前記管継ぎ手は、
前記管要素を受け入れる中心を有する中央空間の周りにおいて端部と端部とで連結可能な複数のセグメントであって、前記セグメントの各々は、互いに離間した一対の弓形面を有し、前記弓形面の各々は前記中央空間に対向するとともに、前記各管要素内の溝のうち対応する一つに係合する前記セグメントと、
前記各セグメントの両端に位置する複数の連結部材であって、該連結部材は、前記セグメントを互いに調節可能に連結し、前記セグメントを互いに引き寄せて、前記弓形面を前記各管要素の溝に係合させるように調節可能に締付け可能である前記連結部材と、
前記連結部材のうち少なくとも二つに配置され、互いに対向する複数の反応面であって、前記中央空間に対向する前記反応面と、
前記セグメントのうち少なくとも二つの間に配置される把持体であって、前記把持体は、互いに離間して配置され、かつ前記中央空間の中心に対向する一対の把持面を有し、前記把持面の各々は前記各管要素内の溝のうち対応する一つに係合する前記把持体と、
前記反応面に対向するように、前記把持体に配置された第1の対の接触面とを備え、
前記連結部材の調節可能な締付けにより、前記管継ぎ手のセグメントが一緒に引き寄せられ、前記接触面は、前記反応面と相互作用して、前記把持面が前記各管要素の溝に係合するように、前記把持体を前記中央空間に移動させる組合体。 - 前記連結部材は、前記セグメントの端部から外向きに延びる一対の突出部を備え、前記突出部は、前記セグメントを互いに調節可能に連結するための留め具を受け入れるように構成され、前記留め具は、前記セグメントの弓形面を引き寄せて、前記管要素に係合させるように調節可能に締付け可能である請求項1に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、前記突出部に対して所定の角度で配向される請求項2に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、30度〜60度の角度で配向される請求項3に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、45度の角度で配向される請求項3に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、凸形状を有する請求項3に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、前記突出部に対して所定の角度で配向される請求項3に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、30度〜60度の角度で配向される請求項7に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、45度の角度で配向される請求項7に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、凸形状を有する請求項7に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、前記中央空間から半径方向外向きに突出する請求項1に記載の組合体。
- 前記組合体は、第2の対の接触面をさらに備え、前記第1の接触面および前記第2の接触面は、前記把持体の両端に配置されている請求項1に記載の組合体。
- 前記組合体は、前記セグメントの間に挟持されるとともに、前記弓形面の間に配置されるシール部材をさらに備え、前記シール部材は、内向きのシール面を有し、該シール面は、前記管要素の間に流体密封の結合を形成するように前記管要素に係合可能である請求項1に記載の組合体。
- 一対の管要素と、前記一対の管要素を端部と端部とで一緒に固定するための管継ぎ手とを有する組合体であって、前記管要素の各々は、前記管継ぎ手に係合するように、該管要素の少なくとも一端の近傍に円周方向の溝を備え、前記管継ぎ手は、
前記管要素を受け入れる中心を有する中央空間の周りにおいて端部と端部とで連結可能な一対のセグメントであって、前記セグメントの各々は、互いに離間した一対の弓形面を有し、前記弓形面は前記中央空間に対向するとともに、前記各管要素内の溝のうち対応する一つに係合する前記セグメントと、
前記各セグメントの各端に位置する連結部材であって、該連結部材は、前記セグメントを互いに調節可能に連結し、前記セグメントを互いに引き寄せて、前記弓形面を前記各管要素の溝に係合させるように調節可能に締付け可能である前記連結部材と、
前記連結部材の各々に配置され、前記中央空間に対向する反応面と、
互いに対向する前記セグメントの間に配置される一対の把持体であって、前記把持体の各々は、互いに離間して配置され、かつ前記中央空間の中心に対向する一対の把持面を有し、前記把持面の各々は、前記各管要素の溝のうち対応する一つに係合する前記把持体と、
前記反応面に対向するように、前記把持体の各々に配置された第1の対の接触面とを備え、
前記連結部材の調節可能な締付けにより、前記管継ぎ手のセグメントが一緒に引き寄せられ、前記接触面は、前記反応面と相互作用して、前記把持面が前記各管要素の溝に係合するように、前記把持体を前記中央空間に移動させる組合体。 - 前記連結部材は、前記セグメントの端部から外向きに延びる一対の突出部を備え、前記突出部は、前記セグメントを互いに調節可能に連結するための留め具を受け入れるように構成され、前記留め具は、前記セグメントの弓形面を引き寄せて、前記管要素に係合させるように調節可能に締付け可能である請求項14に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、前記突出部に対して所定の角度で配向される請求項15に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、30度〜60度の角度で配向される請求項16に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、45度の角度で配向される請求項16に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、凸形状を有する請求項16に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、前記突出部に対して所定の角度で配向される請求項16に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、30度〜60度の角度で配向される請求項20に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、45度の角度で配向される請求項20に記載の組合体。
- 前記反応面は、凸形状を有する請求項20に記載の組合体。
- 前記接触面は、前記中央空間から半径方向外向きに突出する請求項14に記載の組合体。
- 前記組合体は、前記把持体の各々に第2の対の接触面をさらに備え、前記第1の接触面および前記第2の接触面は、前記把持体の両端に配置されている請求項14に記載の組合体。
- 前記組合体は、前記セグメントの間に挟持されるとともに、前記弓形面の間に配置されるシール部材をさらに備え、前記シール部材は、内向きのシール面を有し、該シール面は、前記管要素の間に流体密封の結合を形成するように前記管要素に係合可能である請求項14に記載の組合体。
