Claims (2)
- 熱交換器であって:
内側を加熱水が流れる、両端が開いた複数の熱交換管と;
前記複数の熱交換管のそれぞれの両端が挿入される取付板と;
前記取付板にブレージングされた複数の流路キャップであって、前記複数の熱交換管の両端を閉じることによって複数の互いに平行な流路を形成する、複数の流路キャップと;
を備え、
スナップ嵌めのための複数の弾性突起11が、前記取付板10に形成されており、
前記流路キャップ20が、前記弾性突起11とのスナップ嵌めによって前記取付板10と密接するL字形の一端と、階段状の部分21を有する他端とを有し、
前記一端および他端が互いに非対称に形成され、前記階段状の部分21が前記弾性突起11に圧接する端部21bと、前記取付板10に密接する接合面を含む基部21aとを備えた、熱交換器。 - 内側を加熱水が流れる、両端が開いた複数の熱交換管と;
前記複数の熱交換管のそれぞれの両端が挿入される取付板と;
前記取付板にブレージングされた複数の流路キャップであって、前記複数の熱交換管の両端を閉じることによって複数の互いに平行な流路を形成する、複数の流路キャップと;
を備えた熱交換器における取付板と流路キャップとのブレージング方法であって、前記方法に:
スナップ嵌めのための複数の弾性突起11を有する取付板10を設けるステップと;
前記弾性突起11とのスナップ嵌めによって前記取付板10と密接するL字形の一端と、階段状の部分21を有する他端とを有し、前記一端および他端が互いに非対称に形成され、前記階段状の部分21が前記弾性突起11に圧接する端部21bと、前記取付板10に密接する接合面を含む基部21aとを備えた流路キャップ20を設けるステップと;
前記流路キャップ20の階段状の部分21を、前記階段状の部分21の端部21bが前記弾性突起11の端部と接するように、前記弾性突起11内に挿入するステップと;
前記流路キャップ20のL字形の端部22を、前記L字形の端部22が前記弾性突起11にスナップ式に嵌め込まれることによって前記取付板10と密接することで、前記弾性突起11が前記階段状の部分21の端部21bと圧接して、前記階段状の部分21の基部21aが前記取付板10と密接することを可能とするように、前記取付板10の弾性突起11に押し付けるステップと;
前記取付板10と前記流路キャップ20とをブレージングするステップと;
が含まれる方法。
