Description
本発明の第2の形態においては、(メタ)アクリルポリマーの量がセルロースエーテルの重量を基準にして0.05〜20%である(メタ)アクリルポリマーおよびセルロースエーテルを含む組成物の、標準乾燥モルタル配合物のための改変剤組成物としての使用が提供される。
本発明の第3の形態においては、(メタ)アクリルポリマーの量がセルロースエーテルの重量を基準にして0.05〜20%である(メタ)アクリルポリマーおよびセルロースエーテルを含む改変剤組成物と、標準乾燥モルタル配合物とを含む改変された乾燥モルタル配合物が提供される。
本発明の第4の形態においては、a)標準乾燥モルタル配合物を提供する工程;およびb)本発明に従った改変剤組成物の化合物が個々にもしくは組み合わせて標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合されうる、本発明に従った改変剤組成物を標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合する工程:を含む、改変された乾燥モルタル配合物を製造する方法が提供される。
本発明の第5の形態においては、a)標準乾燥モルタル配合物を提供する工程;b)本発明に従った改変剤組成物の化合物が個々にもしくは組み合わせて標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合されうる、本発明に従った改変剤組成物を標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合する工程;c)改変された乾燥モルタル配合物に水を混合する工程;並びに、d)水を含む改変された乾燥モルタル配合物を標準の方法で処理する工程:を含む、オープンタイムおよび/または硬化したときの乾燥モルタル配合物の引張接着強さを悪化させることなく乾燥モルタル配合物の耐スリップ性を向上させる方法が提供される。
(a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択される1種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸モノマー;
(b)式(I):
R1−Y−(R2−O)x−R3
(式中、R1はビニル、アリル、アクリロイルもしくはメタクリロイルであり、好ましくはR1は(メタ)アクリロイルであり;
YはO、S、PHもしくはNHであり、好ましくはYはOであり;
R2は線状もしくは分岐でありうるC2〜C4アルキレンであり、各R2はR1−Y−(R2−O)x−R3の1分子内で同じかまたは異なっていてよく、好ましくはR2はエチレンであり;
Xは10〜500、好ましくは100〜300の整数であり;並びに
R3はH、脂肪族(環式脂肪族も含む)、芳香族、もしくは脂肪族芳香族炭化水素基であり、好ましくはR3はC1〜C30脂肪族基、またはC6〜C30芳香族基であり、より好ましくはC6〜C30芳香族基、例えば、フェニルである)
に従った1種以上のエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー;並びに
(c)場合によって、モノマー(a)および(b)とは異なる、1種以上のエチレン性不飽和コモノマー、好ましくはスルホン酸基のような硫黄含有部分を含むエチレン性不飽和コモノマー。好適な任意のコモノマー(c)の例は(メタ)アリルスルホン酸である。
2)EN12002に従う。
表1において、参照としておよび本発明に従って試験された配合物がまとめられる。
Claims (7)
- 乾燥モルタル配合物を改変するための組成物であって、(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーおよびセルロースエーテルを含み、(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーの量がセルロースエーテルの重量を基準にして0.05〜4%であり
前記(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーが、
(a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択される1種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸モノマー;並びに
(b)式(I):
R1−Y−(R2−O)x−R3
(式中、R1はビニル、アリル、アクリロイルもしくはメタクリロイルであり;
YはO、S、PHもしくはNHであり;
R2は線状もしくは分岐でありうるC2〜C4アルキレンであり、各R2はR1−Y−(R2−O)x−R3の1分子内で同じかまたは異なっていてよく;
Xは10〜500の整数であり;並びに
R3はH、脂肪族、芳香族、もしくは脂肪族芳香族炭化水素基である)
に従った1種以上のエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー;
を重合した形態で含むか、または;
(a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択される1種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸モノマー;
(b)式(I):
R 1 −Y−(R 2 −O) x −R 3
(式中、R 1 はビニル、アリル、アクリロイルもしくはメタクリロイルであり;
YはO、S、PHもしくはNHであり;
R 2 は線状もしくは分岐でありうるC 2 〜C 4 アルキレンであり、各R 2 はR 1 −Y−(R 2 −O) x −R 3 の1分子内で同じかまたは異なっていてよく;
Xは10〜500の整数であり;並びに
R 3 はH、脂肪族、芳香族、もしくは脂肪族芳香族炭化水素基である)
に従った1種以上のエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー;並びに
(c)モノマー(a)および(b)とは異なる、1種以上のエチレン性不飽和コモノマー;
を重合した形態で含む、組成物。 - (メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーが、
(a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択される1種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸モノマー;並びに
(b)式(I):
R1−Y−(R2−O)x−R3
(式中、R1はメタクリロイルであり;
YはOであり;
R2はエチレンであり;
Xは100〜300の整数であり;並びに
R3はC1〜C30脂肪族基またはC6〜C30芳香族基である)
に従った1種以上のエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー;
を重合した形態で含むか、または;
(a)アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸から選択される1種以上の(メタ)アクリル酸モノマー;
(b)式(I):
R 1 −Y−(R 2 −O) x −R 3
(式中、R 1 はメタクリロイルであり;
YはOであり;
R 2 はエチレンであり;
Xは100〜300の整数であり;並びに
R 3 はC 1 〜C 30 脂肪族基またはC 6 〜C 30 芳香族基である)
に従った1種以上のエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー;並びに
(c)モノマー(a)および(b)とは異なる、1種以上のエチレン性不飽和コモノマー;
を重合した形態で含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - セルロースエーテルがアルキルセルロース、ヒドロキシアルキルセルロース、アルキルヒドロキシアルキルセルロースもしくは前記セルロース誘導体の2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 標準乾燥モルタル配合物のための改変剤組成物としての、請求項1に記載の組成物の使用。
- 改変された乾燥モルタル配合物の重量を基準にして0.05〜15%の量の請求項1に記載の組成物と、標準乾燥モルタル配合物とを含む改変された乾燥モルタル配合物。
- a)標準乾燥モルタル配合物を提供する工程;および
b)請求項1に記載の組成物に含まれる(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーおよびセルロースエーテルが個々にもしくは組み合わせて標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合されうる、改変された乾燥モルタル配合物の重量を基準にして0.05〜15%の量の請求項1に記載の組成物を標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合する工程:
を含む、改変された乾燥モルタル配合物を製造する方法。 - a)標準乾燥モルタル配合物を提供する工程;
b)請求項1に記載の組成物に含まれる(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーおよびセルロースエーテルが個々にもしくは組み合わせて標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合されうる、改変された乾燥モルタル配合物の重量を基準にして0.05〜15%の量の請求項1に記載の組成物を標準乾燥モルタル配合物に混合する工程;並びに、
c)モルタルもしくはタイル接着剤として使用するためにb)において形成された乾燥モルタル配合物に水を混合する工程;
を含む、オープンタイムおよび/または硬化したときの乾燥モルタル配合物の引張接着強さを悪化させることなく乾燥モルタル配合物の耐スリップ性を向上させる方法。
