Description
前記主体部の筒一端部は閉塞されており、
前記主体部の筒両端部間には前記挿入において弾性変形して前記管の内面に密着してこの管内の空間を液密状態に区分するフランジ部が二箇所に備えられており、
前記筒一端部と二箇所のフランジ部との間の筒側部にはろ材により覆われた前記液体の第一通過部が設けられており、
前記二箇所のフランジ部よりもフィルター装置の筒他端部側に前記液体の第二通過部が設けられているものとした。

Claims (5)
- 筒状をなす主体部を有すると共に、液体の流路となる管内にこの管の中心軸にこの主体部の筒軸を沿わせるように挿入されてこの管内を流れる液体の濾過をなすフィルター装置であって、
前記主体部の筒一端部は閉塞されており、
前記主体部の筒両端部間には前記挿入において弾性変形して前記管の内面に密着してこの管内の空間を液密状態に区分するフランジ部が二箇所に備えられており、
前記筒一端部と二箇所のフランジ部との間の筒側部にはろ材により覆われた前記液体の第一通過部が設けられており、
前記二箇所のフランジ部よりもフィルター装置の筒他端部側に前記液体の第二通過部が設けられていると共に、
前記二箇所のフランジ部はそれぞれ、その突きだし端に向かうに連れて、主体部の筒一端部及び筒他端部のいずれか一方の側に近づくように、傾斜状に突き出されていることを特徴とするフィルター装置。 - 主体部の筒両端部間に、管内への挿入終了位置でこの管側に設けられた被当接部に当接される位置決め鍔部が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター装置。
- フランジ部が、位置決め鍔部を挟んだ両側にそれぞれ備えられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルター装置。
- 主体部の筒一端部とフランジ部の形成箇所とが、この主体部の筒軸に沿って延びる複数の縦連接片と、隣り合う縦連接片間に亘る横連接片とを備えてなる筒側部構成体により連接されており、これらの各連接片の間が第一通過部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルター装置。
- ろ材が各連接片の肉厚内に位置されるように、筒状にしたろ材をインサートにしたインサート成形により主体部を成形してなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルター装置。
