Description
図5は、第1従来例の筒状メッシュフィルタ100を示す図である。この図5に示すように、第1従来例に係る筒状メッシュフィルタ100は、筒状のフィルタ部101と、筒状のフィルタ部101の一方の開口端側に位置する第1のリング状部102と、筒状のフィルタ部101の他方の開口端側に位置する第2のリング状部103と、第1のリング状部102と第2のリング状部103を筒状のフィルタ部101の母線方向に沿って接続する複数のリブ104と、で構成されている。そして、この筒状メッシュフィルタ100は、筒状のフィルタ部101を構成する合成繊維網105が隣り合うリブ間104,104の開口部にインサート成形で固定され、筒状のフィルタ部101が形作られるようになっている。なお、合成繊維網105は、図5(d)に示すように、合成繊維106が格子状に編まれたものであり、異物を濾し取るフィルタ機能を発揮するようになっている。
そこで、第1従来例の不具合を解消するものとして、図6乃至図7に示す第2従来例に係る筒状メッシュフィルタ110が案出された。この第2従来例に係る筒状メッシュフィルタ110は、全体(第1及び第2のリング状部111,112、複数のリブ113、及びフィルタ部114)を一体として射出成形し、生産効率を向上させた(特許文献1参照)。
Claims (1)
- 流体中の異物を濾し取る筒状のフィルタ部と、前記フィルタ部の中心軸に沿った一端部に前記フィルタ部の周方向に沿って形成された第1のリング状部と、前記フィルタ部の前記中心軸に沿った他端部に前記フィルタ部の周方向に沿って形成された第2のリング状部と、を備えた筒状メッシュフィルタにおいて、
前記第1のリング状部と前記第2のリング状部の少なくとも一方は、前記フィルタ部よりも厚肉に形成され、
前記フィルタ部は、内周側部分と外周側部分とを有し、
前記フィルタ部の前記内周側部分は、前記中心軸に沿って延び且つ前記中心軸の周囲に等間隔で配置された同形状の複数の縦桟で構成され、
前記フィルタ部の前記外周側部分は、前記内周側部分の外周に沿って延び且つ前記中心軸に沿った方向に等間隔で配置された同形状の複数の横桟で構成され、前記横桟の前記縦桟と交差する部分が前記縦桟と一体に形成され、
前記フィルタ部の前記縦桟と前記横桟の交差しない部分には、流体の通過を可能にする開口部が形成され、
前記第1のリング状部、前記第2のリング状部、及び前記フィルタ部は、前記第1のリング状部と前記第2のリング状部のうちの前記フィルタ部よりも厚肉の一方を形作る金型の第1のキャビティ部分に先に溶融樹脂を射出することにより、前記第1のキャビティ部分を満たした溶融樹脂が前記フィルタ部を形作る金型の第2のキャビティ部分を均等に流動し、前記第2のキャビティ部分を満たした溶融樹脂が前記第1のリング状部と前記第2のリング状部のうちの他方を形作る金型の第3のキャビティ部分に供給され、一体として射出成形される、
ことを特徴とする筒状メッシュフィルタ。
