Claims (4)
- 筒状の胴部と、前記胴部の一端部近傍の外周面に設けられた気密シール面と、前記気密シール面よりも更に端部側の外周面に設けられ、前記気密シール面に装着されるシール部材の脱落を防止するための複数のアンダーカット形状部とを有する射出成形体であって、
前記胴部の内孔を画定する周壁と前記アンダーカット形状部との間には、前記アンダーカット形状部の径方向の変形を許容するクリアランスが設けられることを特徴とする射出成形体。 - 前記内孔は、前記胴部を回転させるための回転シャフトが嵌入される嵌合孔として形成され、前記クリアランスが前記周壁の全周にわたって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形体。
- 前記アンダーカット形状部同士の間に切り欠きが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の射出成形体。
- 前記切り欠きは、前記アンダーカット形状部の形成領域にほぼ対応する深さ寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形体。
