Description
Claims (6)
- 燃料タンクと、主燃料供給ポンプ(2)と、ハウジング及びフィルタ要素を含む燃料フィルタ(4)と、前記燃料タンク内に設けられたリザーバ(10)と、前記リザーバ(10)を充填するためのジェットポンプ(3)と、を有する燃料システムであって、
更に、前記主燃料供給ポンプ(2)、前記燃料フィルタ(4)及び前記ジェットポンプ(3)を直接連結する一部品コネクタ(1)を有し、
前記一部品コネクタ(1)は、プラスチック材料で作られ、
前記一部品コネクタ(1)は、少なくともその表面が導電性プラスチック材料で構成され、
前記燃料フィルタのハウジングは、2つの部分、即ち、1つの上側部分(4″)と前記上側部分(4″)の下方にある1つの下側部分(4′)とによって構成され、前記下側部分(4′)及び前記フィルタ要素は、少なくともそれらの表面が導電性材料で構成され、
前記一部品コネクタ(1)は、3つの分岐部を有するT字形態を有し、1つの分岐部には、前記主燃料供給ポンプ(2)がプラグ接続され、他の2つの分岐部の一方が前記燃料フィルタ(4)に連結され、その他方が前記ジェットポンプ(3)に連結される、燃料システム。 - 前記燃料フィルタ(4)には、前記リザーバ(10)を覆うリザーバカバー(12)が一体成形される、請求項1に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記ジェットポンプ(3)は、オリフィスを備えたベンチュリ管を有し、前記オリフィスを通って前記主燃料供給ポンプから来た加圧燃料により、燃料を前記燃料タンクから前記リザーバ(10)に設けられた通路(11)内に吸込ませる流れを作ることができ、前記ベンチュリ管は、前記一部品コネクタ(1)又は前記リザーバ(10)又はその両方の中に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の燃料システム。
- 第1の充填弁が、前記リザーバ(10)の前記通路(11)に連結され、前記ジェットポンプ(3)は、前記第1の充填弁を介して吸込む、請求項3に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記一部品コネクタ(1)は、前記下側部分(4′)の少なくとも一部と一体成形される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。
- 前記燃料フィルタ(4)のハウジングは、燃料圧力調整器(6)を保持するように成形される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。
