Claims (3)
- 鉄道用分岐器のノーズ可動クロッシングにおけるレール鋼製ノーズ可動レールの底面に間隔をおいて一対の被取付部を鍛造により下向きに突設し、前記各被取付部に鋼製の突設片を溶着し、また前記各突設片、各被取付部および前記レール鋼製ノーズ可動レールの腹部に当接板を接着し、前記各突設片および各当接板に転てつ棒の第1および第2挿通孔を穿設することを特徴とするノーズ可動レールにおける転てつ棒取付け用の突設部。
- レール鋼製ノーズ可動レールの先端部を鍛造により下向きに曲げ、前記先端部にフロントロッドを挿通する第3の挿通孔を穿設することを特徴とする請求項1のノーズ可動レールにおける転てつ棒取付け用の突設部。
- レール鋼製ノーズ可動レールの底部を鍛造して一対の被取付部を間隔をおいて形成し、しかる後、あらかじめ形成した鋼製の突設片をそれぞれ前記被取付部に溶着し、さらに前記各突設片に第1挿通孔を穿設し、またあらかじめ鋼製かつ細長板状の当接板を形成しておき、前記各突設片、各被取付部、前記レール鋼製ノーズ可動レールの腹部に前記各当接板を接着し、前記各当接板のうち前記第1挿通孔に対応する位置に第2挿通孔を穿設することを特徴とするノーズ可動レールにおける転てつ棒取付け用の突設部の製造方法。
