Claims (2)
- 下部基板、前記下部基板上に形成される下部配向膜、上部基板、前記上部基板下に形成される上部配向膜、およびその下端が前記下部配向膜に密着されるように前記上部配向膜の下面にパターニングされて形成されるスペーサを含む液晶パネルを切断する液晶パネル切断方法において、
前記上部基板と前記下部基板に切断方向に沿ってスクライブラインをそれぞれ形成した後、前記下部基板がその外面側へ撓むようにする方向に、前記スクライブラインの外側で外力を加えて前記上部基板と前記下部基板を前記スクライブラインで折り曲げる、液晶パネル切断方法。 - 前記スクライブラインは、前記上部基板の切断された角部が前記下部基板の切断された角部よりも外側に突出されるようにそれぞれ形成される、請求項1に記載の液晶パネル切断方法。
