Claims (1)
- 屋外に設置した支柱の上部に設けた風車と、前記風車の回転力により発電する発電機を備えた風力発電装置において、前記風車を回転可能に支持する風車側回転軸と、前記発電機に具備した発電機側回転軸は、クラッチ装置により前記風車側回転軸の回転を前記発電機側回転軸に伝達及び遮断できる構成であり、前記クラッチ装置は、前記風車側回転軸の半径方向に移動可能なウェイトと、前記風車側回転軸に固定され、前記ウェイトを保持するクラッチボスと、前記クラッチボスが回転することにより遠心力を受けて半径方向外側に移動する前記ウェイトを受けて摩擦により回転するクラッチドラムを備え、且つ前記ウェイトは軸対称に複数備え、
風車の回転異常を検知する回転検知手段と、外部に異常を報知する報知手段を備え、前記回転検知手段により回転の異常を検知した場合は、前記報知手段により異常を報知し、
時間を計測できるタイマー装置を備え、回転計により風車側回転軸が停止した時間からあらかじめ設定された時間内に前記風車側回転軸が回転しない場合に回転異常を検知する風力発電装置。
