Description
真空室は、排気可能である。

棚は、前記原料液の噴射により、凍結した前記原料を受ける。
拡散機構は、振動により前記棚上の前記原料を前記棚上で少なくとも拡散させる。
前記原料液の噴射により凍結し、棚で受けた前記原料は、振動により前記棚上で少なくとも拡散させられる。

Claims (6)
- 排気可能な真空室と、
前記排気された真空室内に、原料を含む原料液を噴射する噴射機構と、
前記原料液の噴射により、凍結した前記原料を受ける棚と、
前記棚上の前記原料を回収するために、前記棚を傾斜させる傾斜機構と、
前記棚が水平状態にあるときに、振動により前記棚上の前記原料を前記棚上で少なくとも拡散させる拡散機構と
前記棚を加熱または冷却することで、前記原料の乾燥作用または凍結作用を促進させる熱処理機構と、
を具備する凍結乾燥装置。 - 請求項1に記載の凍結乾燥装置であって、
前記拡散機構は、前記棚を振動させる振動発生器を有する
凍結乾燥装置。 - 請求項1に記載の凍結乾燥装置であって、
前記拡散機構は、
前記棚が水平状態にあるときに前記棚を振動させる第1の振動発生器と、
前記棚が傾斜状態にあるときに前記棚を振動させる第2の振動発生器とを有する
凍結乾燥装置。 - 請求項1に記載の凍結乾燥装置であって、
前記棚は、少なくとも第1の棚部材及び第2の棚部材を有し、
前記傾斜機構は、
前記第1の棚部材を傾斜させる第1の傾斜機構と、前記第2の棚部材を傾斜させる第2の傾斜機構とを有し、前記第1の傾斜機構及び前記第2の傾斜機構によりそれらをそれぞれ傾斜させることで、前記棚を前記第1の棚部材及び前記第2の棚部材に分割する
凍結乾燥装置。 - 請求項4に記載の凍結乾燥装置であって、
前記拡散機構は、
前記第1の棚部材及び前記第2の棚部材が水平状態にあるときに、前記棚を振動させる第1の振動発生器と、
前記第1の棚部材及び前記第2の棚部材が傾斜状態にあるときに、前記棚を振動させる第2の振動発生器とを有する
凍結乾燥装置。 - 請求項1に記載の凍結乾燥装置であって、
前記真空室は、内部に前記棚が配置された凍結槽を有し、
前記拡散機構は、前記凍結槽を振動させる振動発生器を有する
凍結乾燥装置。
