Description
Claims (7)
- コーティング要素(2)によって加工対象物(1)の少なくとも1つの表面をコーティングし、材料が前記コーティング要素(2)から前記加工対象物(1)に移動するコーティング方法であって、
第1の方法の段階では、前記加工対象物(1)表面の少なくともコーティングされる領域が加熱され、
第2の方法の段階では、前記加工対象物(1)の表面のコーティングされる領域が前記コーティング要素(2)と接触し、前記加工対象物(1)の表面と前記コーティング要素(2)との間で相対運動が発生する方法であって、
前記コーティング要素(2)が前記加工対象物(1)のコーティングされる表面と接触する前に、少なくとも前記コーティング要素(2)の表面が加熱され、
前記加工対象物(1)のコーティングされる表面および前記コーティング要素(2)の表面がそれぞれ、少なくともそれぞれの可塑化温度に別個に加熱され、
前記加工対象物(1)が前記コーティング要素(2)と接触する時に、圧縮力(P)が印加される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記コーティング方法によって前記加工対象物(1)のコーティングされる表面と前記コーティング要素(2)表面の間で摩擦溶接加工が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング方法によって前記加工対象物(1)のコーティングされる表面と前記コーティング要素(2)表面の間で摩擦表面加工が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加工対象物(1)のコーティングされる表面が前記摩擦要素(3)によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング要素(2)表面が摩擦要素(4)によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記加工対象物(1)の加熱された表面が、前記コーティング要素(2)と接触する時に、少なくとも1つの添加剤(5)が添加されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工対象物の表面は、少なくとも1つの外部熱源(6)によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
