Claims (4)
- ブレーキディスクの製造方法であって、前記ブレーキディスク(1)が少なくとも1つの接触面(12)を備えた、ねずみ鋳鉄、鋳鋼、鍛造鋼、ダクタイル鋳鉄または、アルミニウムから成る本体(10)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの接触面上に摩耗層(30)を被着させ、該摩耗層(30)と前記本体(10)とを結合させるため、前記本体(10)の前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)を前処理するようにした前記方法において、前記本体(10)の前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)の表面微細構造部の化学組成をレーザー光線(20)によって修正することにより、前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)を脱炭素し、
前記レーザー光線(20)による前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)の前記表面微細構造部の化学組成の修正は、反応性ガスを導入して行うことを特徴とする、ブレーキディスクの製造方法。 - 前記本体(10)の前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)を前記レーザー光線(20)の調整可能なパラメータを介して加熱および/または溶融および/または蒸発および/または清浄することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブレーキディスクの製造方法。
- 前記本体(10)の前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)を面加工するため、前記レーザー光線(20)を蛇行状および/または条溝状および/またはスパイラル状に誘導することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブレーキディスクの製造方法。
- 前記摩耗層(30)を、前記本体(10)の修正した前記少なくとも1つの接触面(12)上に溶射することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキディスクの製造方法。
