Description
本発明は、流動性物質のための計量容器及びかかる容器を空にさせるための装置を提供するという目的に基づいており、この場合、この流動性物質は、温度及び圧力が大きく変化する条件であっても保存及び移送の際に、また、排出及び容器変更の際にも、気泡を含まないことが保証されている。
図1は、圧力タンク及び閉鎖手段を伴わない計量容器14のボディを示す。容器14の下部10は、合成樹脂の硬い射出成形させた部分からなり、回転対称な(例えば、半球状の)内面凹部を有する。より下方の端部には、出口13(本図面においては概略のみを示す)が設けられ、上端は、周辺フランジ12を有する。

Claims (14)
- 出口(13)が提供された硬質で凹型の実質的に半球状である下部(10)、下部(10)の内側の輪郭に対して実質的に鏡面反転した凸面形状を有する可撓性フィルムからなり最大径の領域で気密状態で下部(10)に接合している上部(11)、及び、上部(11)を取り囲み下部(10)のフランジ(7)と連結しており圧力により容器を排出させるための圧力媒体を入れるために開いているボディ(18)を含み、前記下部(10)が、前記出口(13)に対して放射状に伸びる内部溝部(25)を有する、流動性物質のための容器。
- 前記ボディ(18)が、二重壁カバー(19)によって閉鎖されており、その2つのディスク状壁部(21)が、位置合わせされていない均圧孔(22)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ボディ(18)がフランジ(12)と一体的に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ボディ(18)が円筒状である、請求項3記載の装置。
- 上部(11)を形成するフィルムが酸素透過性である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記溝部(25)が、前記出口(13)に向かって減少する深さを有する、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 前記下部(10)が、前記出口(13)の近くに配置される少なくとも一つの内側に突き出た突起部(26)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記下部(10)の内壁におけるフィルム(11)の接合を検出するための、前記下部(10)に提供されたセンサー(41)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記センサー(41)が、前記フィルム(11)上に提供されている金属ボディ(40)との誘導的又は容量的結合のために適合させられている、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 複数のセンサー(41)が、出口(13)の近くに設置されている、請求項9に記載の容器。
- 出口(13)が、出口(13)の開口によって弱められる軸周りに回転可能なディスク(30)を有する閉鎖手段(29)と、分配ニップル(32)を収容するための通路(31)とを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 出口(13)が溝穴付き膜(60)によって閉鎖される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 出口(13)に少なくとも一つの貫通キャピラリー(63)が提供されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の容器(14)により気泡を含まないように流動性物質を計量する方法であって、ボディ(18)が圧力チャンバに連結していることを特徴とする、前記方法。
