Description
本発明は、太陽光反射性接着フィルム、特にポリビニルアセタールをベースとする可塑剤含有フィルムの使用下における、光起電性モジュールの製造に関する。
光起電性モジュールは、外的影響に対する保護のための透明なカバーを備えた感光性半導体層から成る。感光性半導体層として、単晶の太陽電池又は支持体上の多晶の薄い半導体層を使用することができる。薄層のソーラーモジュールは、感光性半導体層から構成され、この場合、これは、大抵は透明なプレート上に、例えば蒸着、気相析出、スパッタリングまたは湿式析出によって設けられている。
したがって本発明の課題は、性能向上のために、光起電性モジュールに構造的に単純な方法で反射性層を備えさせることである。
したがって、本発明の対象は、
a)透明なフロントカバー、
b)1種又はそれ以上の感光性半導体層、
c)少なくとも1種の接着フィルム及び
d)リアカバーを含み、その際、少なくとも1種の接着フィルムは反射性を備えている、光起電性モジュールである。
−多価の脂肪族又は芳香族の酸のエステル、例えばジアルキルアジペート、例えばジヘキシルアジペート、ジオクチルアジペート、ヘキシルシクロヘキシルアジペート、ヘプチル−及びノニルアジペートからの混合物、ジイソノニルアジペート、ヘプチルノニルアジペート並びにアジピン酸とシクロ脂肪族又はエーテル化合物を含有するエステルアルコールとのエステル、ジアルキルセバケート、例えばジブチルセバケート並びにセバシン酸とシクロ脂肪族又はエーテル化合物含有エステルアルコールとのエステル、フタル酸のエステル、例えば、ブチルベンジルフタレート又はビス−2−ブトキシエチルフタレート、
−多価脂肪族又は芳香族アルコール又はオリゴエーテルグリコールと、1種又はそれ以上の非分枝又は分枝の脂肪族又は芳香族置換基とのエステル又はエーテル、例えばジ−、トリ−、又はテトラグリコールと直鎖又は分枝の脂肪族又はシクロ脂肪族カルボン酸とのエステル、後者の群の例としてはジエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−(2−エチルブタノエート)、テトラエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘキサノエート、テトラエチレン−グリコールジメチルエーテル及び/又はジプロピレングリコールベンゾエートを使用することができ、
−脂肪族又は芳香族エステルアルコールとのホスフェート、例えばトリス(2−エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOF)、トリエチルホスフェート、ジフェニル−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート及び/又はトリクレジルホスフェート、
−クエン酸、コハク酸及び/又はフマル酸のエステル、である。
フィルムの比体積抵抗は、DIN IEC 60093にしたがって、特定の温度及び大気湿分率(23℃及び85%相対湿分率)で、このフィルムをこの条件で少なくとも24時間調整した後に実施する。測定を実施するために、プレート型電極Typ 302 132(Fetronic GmbH社)ならびに抵抗測定装置ISO-Digi 5kV(Amprobe社)を使用する。試験電圧は2.5kVであり、測定値を得るまでの試験電圧適用後の待ち時間は60秒である。それに関して、測定電極及びフィルムの平坦なプレート間の十分な接触を保証し、DIN EN ISO 4287による測定の際のその表面粗さは10μm以下でなければならず、すなわち、場合によっては、抵抗測定前のPVB−フィルムの本来の表面は、熱変性によって平坦化しなければならない。
反射性顔料を含む可塑剤含有ポリビニルブチラールフィルムを、光起電性モジュール中での接着フィルムとしてのその適性について試験した。
Claims (8)
- a)透明なフロントカバー、
b)1種又はそれ以上の感光性半導体層、
c)少なくとも1種の接着フィルム及び
d)リアカバー
の順から成る積層物を含む、光起電性モジュールにおいて、
少なくとも1種の接着フィルムが
反射性を備えており、
式100×O/(C+H)(式中、O、C及びHはそれぞれの分子中での酸素原子、炭素原子及び水素原子の数を示す)によって表される極性が9.4又はそれ未満の可塑剤を有する可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールを含み、その際、可塑剤は、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルセバケート(DOS)、1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジイソノニルエステル(DINCH)、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルアジペート(DOA)、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルフタレート(DOP)、ジヘキシルアジペート(DHA)、ジブチルセバケート(DBS)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−2−プロピルヘキサノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−i−ノナノエート、ジ−2−ブトキシエチルセバケート(DBES)およびトリエチレングリコール−ビス−2−エチルヘキサノエート(3G8)から成る群から選択された少なくとも1種の可塑剤であり、
最大40質量%および少なくとも15質量%の可塑剤含量を有し、
DIN EN 410による少なくとも15%の反射率を有し、かつ
反射性顔料を含有する、
光起電性モジュール。 - 反射性接着フィルムが、反射性中間層を含有する、請求項1に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 反射性中間層が、金属被覆されたポリマーフィルムから成る、請求項2に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 反射性接着フィルムが、少なくとも1種の顔料不含の部分層及び少なくとも1種の顔料含有の部分層から成る、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 反射性接着フィルムが、少なくとも1種の顔料不含の部分層及び少なくとも1種の顔料含有の部分層から成り、かつこれらの部分層が同一のポリマー材料を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 反射性顔料として、二酸化チタン、リトポン、硫酸バリウム、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛及び炭酸鉛の群の1種又はそれ以上の白色顔料及び/又はAl、Zn、Cr又はTiの群の1種又はそれ以上の金属を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 反射性接着フィルムが、少なくとも1種の顔料不含の部分層及び少なくとも1種の顔料含有の部分層から成り、かつこれらの部分層が同一のポリマー材料を含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の光起電性モジュール。
- 23℃で85%のrFの大気湿分率で、少なくとも1E+11 ohm*cmの比抵抗を示す、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の光起電性モジュール。
