Description
1.ロータリーキルン生成物のフッ化カルシウムCaF2濃度はロータリーキルン生成物の全質量の45〜55%のレベルに保つことができ、これはスラグ形成剤にとって好都合である。
2.微細物(粒子径2mm未満のロータリーキルン生成物)の量は低レベル、好ましくはロータリーキルン生成物の全質量の25%に保つことができる。
3.ブリケットの品質は、長期間にわたって貯蔵およびたとえばAOD炉またはCLU炉でさらに処理するのに十分な強さを保つ。フッ化カルシウムなどの結合物質の添加はブリケットに必要な強度を与えるために必要である。
4.ロータリーキルン生成物の有害な六価クロム(Cr6+)濃度は、ロータリーキルン生成物の全質量の0.5%未満に保つことができる。
Claims (7)
- 鉄鋼またはステンレス鋼の酸洗段階からの金属汚染された使用済み酸洗剤の中和において形成された水酸化物スラッジを処理し、鉄鋼生産に関連して水酸化物スラッジのフッ化カルシウムを天然ホタル石の代わりにフラックス剤として利用する、鉄鋼生産に関連する方法において、反応中和剤の添加を連続的に働くpH電極によって監視してpH値を9.0と9.5の間の範囲に調節し、該pH値を中和される前記使用済み酸洗液の全質量の最大5%の前記中和剤を添加することによって調節して、前記水酸化スラッジの組成を最適化することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記pH値は中和される前記使用済み酸洗液の全質量の最大2%の中和剤を添加することによって調節されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記pH値を調節する中和剤は水酸化カルシウムCa(OH)2であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記pH値を調節する中和剤は炭酸カルシウムCaCO3であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記中和された水酸化物スラッジの水分含有量が45〜50%であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記中和された水酸化物スラッジがロータリーキルンにおいて950〜1050℃の温度範囲で焼成および焼結されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記ロータリーキルンからの生成物は、結合物質として基本的に炭素を含まないフッ化カルシウム粉末を用いてブリケット化されることを特徴とする方法。
