Claims (10)
- 玩具組立セットの組立要素であって、前記組立要素の通常の使用状況を基準として見て上面及び底面を有する本体部を備え、
前記上面は、複数の結合スタッドを有して構成され、
前記底面は、別の組立要素にある対応する結合スタッドと相互接続することを目的として構成される、相補的に構成される結合手段を有して構成され、
前記組立要素の前記本体部は、電気絶縁熱可塑性材料から構成され、
少なくとも1つの導電導体が、前記本体部を通って延びると共に、前記組立要素の前記上面にある少なくとも1つの結合スタッドの少なくとも電気接触面と、前記組立要素の前記底面にある1つの相補的に構成される結合手段の少なくとも1つの電気接触面とを接続するように構成され、
前記導体は、繊維又は粒子等の複数の導電性要素が混合及び分散される電気絶縁性かつ硬化性の材料を含み、それにより、多数の導電性要素が、前記導体が前記導体を通じて前記結合スタッドの前記電気接触面から前記相補的に構成される結合手段の前記電気接触面へ電流を搬送することを可能にすることを特徴とする、組立要素。 - 前記組立要素の前記本体部及び前記導体の両方の前記電気絶縁性材料は、熱可塑性材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立要素。
- 前記導体中の前記導電性要素は、炭素から構成される繊維又は粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組立要素。
- 前記組立要素は、少なくとも2つの結合スタッドを前記上面に有し、対応して少なくとも2つの相補的に構成される結合手段を前記底面に有し、前記組立要素は、前記本体部の前記電気絶縁性材料によって互いから分離される少なくとも2つの別個の導体を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組立要素。
- 前記組立要素の前記本体部は、前記組立要素の前記上面を形成する平らな表面を有する上部プレートを備え、
前記上部プレート上に前記結合スタッドが配置され、前記上部プレートから外周に1つ又は複数の結合スカートが配置され、前記結合スカートは電気絶縁性材料から作製されると共に前記上部プレートから前記組立要素の前記底面において所与の距離を下方へ延び、
前記相補的に構成される結合手段は、前記結合スカートのように、前記上部プレートから前記組立要素の前記底面において或る距離を下方へ延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の組立要素。 - 少なくとも1つの導体は、2つ以上の別個の結合スタッド及び/又は相補的に構成される結合手段の前記電気接触面の間に延びると共に前記電気接触面に電気的に接続されており、
前記導体は、前記上部プレートの前記表面に面しない側へ延びると共に、前記別個の結合スタッド及び/又は前記相補的に構成される結合手段の間に延びることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組立要素。 - 前記上部プレートの前記表面上の前記結合スタッドの高さは、前記結合スカート及び前記相補的に構成される結合手段が前記上部プレートから下方へ延びる距離よりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組立要素。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組立要素を製造する方法であって、前記組立要素を、2つ以上のステップにおいて射出成形によって作製し、前記組立要素の前記本体部を別個に射出成形する射出成形ステップと、前記組立要素の前記導体を射出成形する1つ又は複数の別個の射出成形ステップとを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記組立要素の前記本体部をまず、導体を有しない前記本体部の外形と対応する内部金型空間を有する金型キャビティ内で射出成形し、次いで、前記組立要素の前記本体部を、前記組立要素の最終形状に対応する金型空間を有する別の金型キャビティに配置し、次いで、前記組立要素の前記本体部上に射出成形することによって前記導体を作製することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記組立要素の前記本体部を射出成形するために熱可塑性樹脂を使用し、前記導体を射出成形するために、前記導体が1つ又は複数の結合スタッド及び/又は1つ又は複数の相補的に構成される結合手段の間で電流を伝導できる濃度で、或る量の導電性粒子又は繊維を含有する熱可塑性樹脂を使用することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
