Description
Claims (9)
- 複合材料からなる湾曲部材を製造する方法であって、
a)湾曲した繊維を有する、少なくとも1つの乾燥した扁平な強化層(1)を用意するステップと、
b)該乾燥した扁平な強化層(1)に樹脂フィルム(2)を結合するステップと、
c)前記強化層内への前記樹脂の浸透を生じさせて少なくとも1つの予備含浸材料層(1’)を得られるように前記の結合された強化層と樹脂フィルムに熱と圧力とを制御しながら加えるステップと、
d)樹脂に含浸された真っ直ぐな繊維を有する少なくとも1つのプリプレグ層(31,32)を用意するステップと、
e)層構造体(1”)を得られるように前記少なくとも1つの予備含浸材料層と前記少なくとも1つのプリプレグ層とを所定の配置に従って相互に重ね合わせるステップと、
f)前記湾曲部材を得られるように前記層構造体(1”)を成形支持ツール(30)上に配置して重合サイクルの支配下に置くステップと、を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記c)のステップは、真空の生成により圧力が加えられる真空バッグ(7,7’,7”)内で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記c)のステップに先行して、真空バッグを用意するステップを有し、
該ステップでは、前記の結合された強化層と樹脂フィルムがベースプラットフォーム(3)上に配置され、除去フィルム層(5)と、通気織物層(6)と、前記ベースプラットフォーム(3)上に周縁でシールされ、真空を適用するためのバルブ(12)が設けられた真空バッグフィルム層(7)とが、前記の結合された強化層と樹脂フィルムの上に順に位置付けられる請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記c)のステップに先行して、真空バッグを用意するステップを有し、
該ステップでは、真空の適用のための穴(12’)が設けられたベースプラットフォーム(3)上に、前記の結合された強化層と樹脂フィルムが配置され、前記ベースプラットフォーム(3)上に周縁でシールされた真空バッグ膜(7’)が、前記の結合された強化層と樹脂フィルムの上に配置される請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記c)のステップは、各樹脂フィルムに結合され、積み重ねの山(13)内に配置された複数の強化層のために行われ、
樹脂フィルムに結合された各強化層は、除去フィルム(11)の層により上側の強化層から分離されている請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記b)のステップと前記c)のステップとは連続的に行われ、
複数の乾燥した強化層(1)がベルトコンベア手段(20)により運ばれ、
前記強化層は、予め加熱されるとともに圧縮ローラ(22)により連続して前記強化層内へ浸透するように引き起こされる連続的な樹脂フィルム(2)により予備含浸される請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記の予備含浸された強化層(1’)は、前記樹脂フィルムの余剰分を切断することにより相互の強化層から分離される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記e)のステップは、前記成形支持ツールの上で直接行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記e)のステップは、
平面配置において前記少なくとも1つの予備含浸材料層と前記少なくとも1つのプリプレグ層とを重ね合わせることと、
前記構造体(1”)を加熱成形プロセスのためのツール上に位置付けて層形成することと、
前記の層形成された構造体(1”)を前記成形支持ツール上に位置付けることと、を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
