Description
この場合、電動機11に発生させる加速トルクは、たとえば、油圧回路でリリーフしなくても(またはリリーフ時間ができるだけ短くなる)加速トルクが得られる大きさとする。
(1) 本発明はショベルに限らず、ショベルと同様に下部走行体上に上部旋回体を搭載して構成される作業機械(ショベルを母体として構成される解体機や破砕機を含む)に広く適用することができる。

Claims (4)
- 作動指令を出力する操作手段と、この操作手段の操作に基づいて駆動側と回生側とに作動する作業装置と、油圧モータを駆動源として上記作業装置を駆動する油圧ユニットと、電動機を駆動源として上記油圧ユニットをアシストする電動ユニットと、上記電動機の電源としての蓄電器と、制御手段とを備え、上記制御手段は、作業装置を駆動側に作動させる駆動操作時に上記蓄電器の電力により上記電動機を駆動して上記油圧ユニットをアシストし、作業装置を回生側に作動させる回生操作時に上記電動機に回生電力を発生させて上記蓄電器に充電電力として供給するように構成された建設機械において、上記蓄電器の放電を指令する放電指令手段を備え、上記制御手段は、この放電指令手段からの放電指令に基づき、上記作業装置の駆動操作時に上記電動機を駆動して上記蓄電器の端子間電圧を低下させ、上記回生操作時に上記油圧ユニットのみによって作業装置を減速・停止させるように構成されたことを特徴とする建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記放電指令に基づき、上記作業装置の駆動操作時に上記電動機に最大アシスト動力を指令するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械。
- 下部走行体と、この下部走行体上に旋回自在に搭載された作業装置としての上部旋回体とを備え、上記油圧ユニット及び電動ユニットはこの上部旋回体を旋回駆動する旋回駆動ユニットとして設けられ、上記制御手段は、旋回力行操作時を上記駆動操作時として上記電動機を駆動して上記油圧ユニットをアシストし、旋回停止または減速時を上記回生操作時として上記電動機に回生電力を発生させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の建設機械。
- 上記蓄電器の端子間電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、表示手段とが設けられ、上記制御手段は、上記電圧検出手段によって検出された端子間電圧が予め設定された安全値まで低下したときにその旨を上記表示手段に表示させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。
