Claims (10)
- 一本の押出成形部材(10)から形成される特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材を車両本体または車両部品に取り付ける方法(1)であって、前記一本の押出成形部材をリールから引き出し、前記一本の押出成形部材(10)のある長さの部分を材料の前記リールから順次切断し、特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材として車両本体または車両部品に取り付ける方法において、
一本の押出成形部材(10)は、リールに巻きつけられる前に、一本の押出成形部材(10)が、所定の実用長さ(16)の不良がない実用部(14)を、実用部の間に所定の介在長さ(20)の介在部(18)を配置して備えるように準備され、
一本の押出成形部材(10)から形成される特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材の取り付けの際に、前記介在部(18)は切断され、不用物として捨てられる方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材として取り付けられる一本の押出成形部材(10)が前記リールから引き出される前に一本の押出成形部材(10)に周期的な較正パターン(30)を配する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、一本の押出成形部材(10)がリールに巻きつけられる前に、一本の押出成形部材(10)に周期的な較正パターン(30)を配する方法。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の方法であって、前記一本の押出成形部材(10)の較正パターン(30)は、有色または紫外線によって可視化される等間隔に配置されたマーキング、点、線によって形成されている方法。
- 請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法であって、一本の押出成形部材の接着場所を覆う取り外し可能な部材に前記一本の押出成形部材(10)の較正パターン(30)が付されている方法。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記一本の押出成形部材(10)の較正パターン(30)は、機械的マークによって形成されている方法。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記一本の押出成形部材(10)の較正パターン(30)は、表面の凹凸、凹部の特性によって形成されている方法。
- 請求項2乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記一本の押出成形部材(10)の較正パターンは、光学的検出装置および/または接触式検出装置を用いて識別される方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法であって、特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材は、車両本体または車両部品に接着される、接着剤かつ/または少なくとも1つの押し接続によって車両本体または車両部品に接続される方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、ある長さの部分が特定の形状を有する封止部材、特定の形状を有する縁部保護部材から切断され、その継ぎ目で接着されて、こうして構成された封止リングは押し接続によって車両本体または車両部品に接続される方法。
